Cozy So End Suite

This is a sweet studio apt, small but very cozy. This apt is attached to our main residence, but completely private, no shared spaces, private entrance. Off street parking, very convenient quiet street close to highway and downtown Burlington make this unit a desirable place to call home while visiting the area. Walk to grocery, health food store, beaches and hiking, or a very short drive to Close to bike path as well. Other features include heated marble bathroom floors, full tub/shower, washer/dryer. Full mini kitchen includes small freezer/refrigerator, full size sink, large toaster oven, crock pot, 2 burner hot plate, dishes/pots/utensils, keurig coffee maker and pods, french press and fresh ground coffee, tea kettle and tea. There is a very comfy murphy bed, very easy pull down-place up, and in the up position has a roomy desk and shelves that you can leave your things on when you lower the bed. Also a smart t.v. ( no cable ) wireless internet, and an electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat.

This spot was absolutely perfect for our short getaway! Clean, well appointed and all amenities we needed included. Easy access to lots of nice little places in the area and stores for provisions. It felt safe, quiet and private. We would absolutely stay again and I have already recommended it to a friend who comes to Burlington frequently.

We have stayed in many places before and this was one of the best. The place is exactly as described with attention to every single detail. The heated bathroom floor was an unexpected bonus. We appreciated the coffee pods and creamer. This is the perfect place to stay while you visit Burlington.

We were very happy that we chose this property for our first visit to Burlington.It was convenient to the waterfront and start of bike trail. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood The owners were very helpful with any questions or concerns about the areaThe unit is small but everything you need for a nice getaway is there for you - including washer/ dryer!

The unit is exactly as advertised. It is compact and has absolutely everything you need. We were impressed with the large bathroom space and vanity space to set things on. There’s a nice little outdoor space to sit in and parking was easy in our compact SUV rental. Good location and walkable to the grocery store, bagel shop, and other stores.

Hospitality at its’ finest! Not only have the hosts thought of everything, but they’ve thought of things I hadn’t! They are quick to reply to questions and accommodating. The space is cozy, clean, and welcoming. As a solo traveler, the neighborhood and space felt very safe. 5 min walk to grocery store, post office, quick spots to eat, and shopping. Very easy to get Ubers. Exactly what I needed. Thanks!

I stayed here for a conference at Hula and the studio was perfect for just me! Walkable to a grocery store and the conference site. Would definitely stay there again.

Hosts were so accommodating-the unit was sparkling clean and the owners did not leave any details out-kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom and they left snacks for us. It was a cozy place and a really nice experience.

Small, clean place that provided everything a traveller may need to have an easy stay. close to town center, university, lake and other attractions. The hosts are very responsive and take great care of their property.
