"MPORTANT INFORMATION:

- THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. We provide a small starter kit. Stop by the supermarket to get the items you will need for your stay.

- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the unit will be cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. No Extras available. Mid-stay cleaning services and replacement towels/sheets are available for an additional fee. We don't provide POOL/BEACH TOWELS or WASHCLOTHS. If you need them, please bring some for your use.

- Pool Heat fee $40/night for the stay. You must request it at least 48 hours before check-in. Pool heat will not exceed 95F. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund

- All guests must sign a rental agreement. We will hold a refundable security deposit of $300 on your card two days before check-in.

- GRILL: BBQ Rental $50/stay will apply. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank. Please request the grill at least 48 hours before Check-In

- ONLINE PURCHASE: Most resorts won't accept USPS and return deliveries to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx usually work. In some resorts, the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.We are not responsible for issues with your online purchases.

The home was awesome. Property owner's communication was fast and informative. The house was clean and exactly as the pictures and description described. Check in and out was super easy. We plan on renting again here in the near future.

Excellent Experience

Everything went very smooth. The property was clean and exactly what we expected. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. The property owner is responsive. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone interested.
