This home has SO MUCH CHARACTER! With the clawfoot bathtub, sweeping front porch, and built-in columns/cabinets in the living room, you can feel the history of a home that was built in the 1920's but was recently renovated to update its look and preserve its charm. The open kitchen provides a fun hangout space for guests, and the front porch area is a fun place to hang out as well. Make yourself at home in this lovely 1920's bungalow and you may never want to leave!

Hi! I'm Ryan- I was born in KY and moved to Memphis in 2012. I love the city, its people and the culture. I live in the Midtown area and we are close to just about everything. My business partner James and I have a few rental homes in the area and we enjoy meeting new people as they travel through the area. I hope you enjoy one of our rentals!
