Two large, private patios offer a place to soak up the sun, or enjoy a book and a beverage in the shade. No steps anywhere inside or outside the unit, and is a single-story property (no units above or below it).

This fantastic central location has 2 freeways just half a mile away, providing easy access to the whole Valley of the Sun.
* ASU and Mill Avenue nightlife is 3 miles away.
* Old Town Scottsdale shopping, restaurants and entertainment is about 5 miles away. * Walking distance to Mesa Riverview Park & the Cubs spring training facility (Sloan Park).
* Ten-minute drive to Hohokam Stadium & Oakland A's spring training.

Great Getaway

The pictures are true to form. The location was perfect if you want to explore and sight see. The check in and out process was seamless and the host left maps and menus to local restaurants that was very helpful. It's worth every penny.

Will stay here again!

This was one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in. It had such a comfortable feeling when we first walked in. Open living room and dining area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Several skylights let in lots of light—we were always checking to see if we had turned off lights! Even though this is a condo we felt like we were in a very private space.Great location for going to Scottsdale. And Rene gave great advice on where to buy Native American jewelry.

Comfortable Tempe location

Had a great stay in this homey apartment. It’s in a small complex of single story quadplexes, so no upstairs neighbors making noise! Never heard any of the other neighbors. Plentiful TVs and air conditioning worked perfectly. Lots of extra supplies in case you forget anything and the laundry is in-house. Beds are big and comfy too, no trouble sleeping. Great location for getting anywhere on the east side. Airport fight path is directly overhead but couldn’t hear them inside the house. Rene was so helpful and is a great communicator. Definitely will stay again!

Quiet and Private!

This property is probably a bit off the beaten path for most, but it is quiet and private. About 10 minutes drive to ASU and 20 to downtown. Close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. TWO patios! Front patio is shady and perfect for drinks in the evening or grilling on the grill. Back patio gets SUN and is very private for sunbathing. Each room has a nice TV with all the TV apps. There is absolutely everything you need in the kitchen and the Master Bed was comfy. The pool is a little bit of a walk, but not bad if that is your thing. Try Susie's for Mexican-- you can walk there... cheap and delicious. I'll be back--perfect location for being close to my family.

Don't waste your Nothing like the photos or description!!!!

This residence is NOTHING like described in VRBO as the photos must be 10 years old because the outdoor furniture is falling a part!!! Horrifically disappointed and did not trust the host to speak of our experience! Smelled like smoke upon arrival, nasty cigarette bucket on back porch with the smell of old cigarette butts wafting into the master bedroom so we could not open the patio door!! Commercial jets flying over the property every 3 minutes, loads of dog hair behind the coffee cart and tv console!!! The Arcadia door leading to front patio was filthy--we had to clean it!! Kitchen drawers fall off the tracts and don't close. Hair in bathroom sink, mold in bath tub caulking and stunk like mildew!! Thankfully, we had a family emergency and needed to leave early!!!! Terrible neighborhood with kids shooting BB guns at our car while leaving the property at night. The gate to the pool area was dysfunctional and an alarm went off every time we opened the gate!! Do not trust this owner! She lists this same property on other rental venues at a much cheaper rate too.

I have very rusty knowledge of French and German, and my business partner is fluent in 2 Chinese dialects, and can help translate for Mandarin-speaking visitors. :)

This is an amazing location with very close freeway access, to get you quickly to golf courses, shopping, and nightlife. You will be situated right in between 2 big entertainment areas, both about 2 miles away (Tempe Marketplace & Mesa Riverview Plaza). Take a 10-minute walk to the Cubs spring training facility (Sloan Park) or a very cool park (Riverview) with a huge climbing structure. Just 3 miles from Arizona State University and the Mill Avenue district. And 5 miles to the Old Town Scottsdale shopping, dining and nightclub area.

I curated all of the decor myself, and hope you love the time and attention to detail I tried to convey! I created a magical front patio with filtered shade, vines and string lights, as well as a relaxing back patio, with lounge chairs to sun or relax in.
