Charming, updated Bungalow on wooded property

We loved our stay. The house is charming and updated with great amenities. Bed was super comfortable! We had our two golden retrievers with us who had fun running the property. Beautiful wooded area with a creek nearby. The owners were very responsive. Our only complaint was the weather was too cold to enjoy the outdoors more. But that’s what you get for going to the Catskills in March! We would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity.

Sweet cottage in the catskills

Really great and comfortable property in the middle of the Catskills. Near a bunch of cute towns and a perfect place to rest and enjoy the surrounding area. Easy check in and very responsive owner.

The “BIB” was well appointed, clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed being secluded and surrounded by nature! The back yard was private and our doggies loved it too! Fire pit and deck were enjoyed! The one downside is, many attractions and restaurants were closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. So that was a bummer only being there Saturday to Thursday. Hiking was great! The doggies loved the creek. Spent a day in Woodstock. Each small town was very laid back. A nice time all around.

Hi! We're Phoebe + Jimmy, the owners of the Big Indian Bungalow, or BIB. We primarily live in Brooklyn when we're not enjoying our home in the Catskills, with our pooch Marcy.

Why they chose this property

We're so happy to share this retreat with guests. It truly is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This is a four season home, with outdoor activities for every season. And of course there's always our favorite activity - relaxing.

What makes this property unique

A few things that make our home special:
1. Beautiful picture windows with views of the Catskill Mountains.
2. Peloton, so you can join the leaderboard even on vacation.
3. Our kitchen is fully stocked for you to make any size meal.
4. Pet friendly - resident dog, Marcy, is happy to share with her dog pals.
5. Indoor / Outdoor lifestyle. The three season porch and outdoor deck allow you to take in the fresh air.
