About this property

Waterfront Haven for Friends and Family Gatherings

Contemporary three story home overlooking the Delaware Bay.
There is an elevator to all floors, there are two identical master suites, both with whirlpool tubs and a water facing hot tub for all house guests to enjoy.
There is plenty of privacy for all guests with 5 bedrooms, plus one alcove along with four full baths. There is a den on the first floor and the third floor offers a large entertaining great room space and plenty of outdoor area for grilling. dining and sunbathing. There are two hot and cold outdoor showers and all kinds of beach toys including floats, fishing poles, chairs and umbrellas.
