Guest Access:

Smart Lock code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during your stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle to gain access into Sea Pines Resort and must be visible throughout your stay in Sea Pines.

The home is located in the beautiful Sea Pines Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Sea Pines has miles of bike paths, sidewalks, and beach access! The Sea Pines Trolley is available to help you get around the resort. Schedules are posted and available online.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
