Five minutes drive to downtown Laguna Beach with access to the most beautiful beaches & local farmers market and Whole Foods. The free trolley stops end of the street. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.
The house is situated in the canyon, so a cool breeze blows in from the near by ocean. a private & amazing location with plenty of parking space.
