We love the location of the apartment because downstairs you are in La Placita. We love La Placita, for its local food, hang out scene and music enjoyment. Hope you enjoy La Placita as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

La Placita is the best area to hang out in the island and one of the best food scenes, where you can find from the most simple meal to the most exquisite romantic dinner. Enjoy the Live music and join salsa dance with locals. Walking by you can also find, the beach (14 minutes), supermarket (10 minutes), museums (5 minutes), and many more.

You can have fun from inside out: Take all the photos you want in our 2 murals, read a book on the hammock, work remotely in the desk designed next to the TV unit, sit in the balcony to see all the people walk by, have fun with the games we include, take a spa shower, or even cook whatever you want in the kitchen.
