Peaceful retreat

This is a great place for two people. It has a separate sleeping area that’s very spacious. We had all we needed for a fun stay. It’s nice and peaceful at the lagoon but you can find a party vibe steps away. It’s an easy walk to the beach.

Great location fir walking to numerous restaurants abd culture. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the kayakers on the lagoon. Quick walk to Condado beach. Woukd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful mini vacation!

We really enjoyed the condo as it was in the perfect location for enjoying Condado Beach and the surrounding area. It was exceptionally clean with all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

Lovely!

My partner and I LOVED our stay! The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit and there were great restaurants in walking distance. We used the patio every day for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! It was also nice to have access to chairs and the kayaks!

A perfect location if you like being in the middle of it all

It was a bit pricy considering the age/condition and noise pollution but the view and walkability were nice. We didn't realize till the second day that the last person left the window slats open so it felt like trying to sleep in a dance club. It was definitely a safety concern that the window was left open. Overall we had a great time and the Havana Grill nearby was phenomenal.

Great location

Wonderful little apartment. Close to great restaurants and beach and just a quick Uber ride away from Old San Juan. I didn't try the kayak or paddle board because I don't know how to use them or even which ones were for my use, but the lagoon was beautiful and it looked like people were really enjoying it. It was a great spot for coffee in the morning.

Location! Location! Location!

This is the perfect location to enjoy the Condado neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio overlooking the Lagoon- from morning coffee to watching the sunset with a cocktail. Loved it!

Spectacular Spot!

Fabuloso!! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for a short trip with my hubby. Absolutely amazing location. The lagoon footsteps away was awesome!! Jorge was very responsive and check in/out a breeze! Will definitely go back. Gracias!!

Convenient Location

The apartment is located in the heart of the Condado district. We really did not need a rental car. We walked to Old San Juan and back and was able to avoid the hassle of finding parking.

Perfect location

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my long weekend stay. Its right in the heart of Condado with lots of restaurants and retail opportunities very close by. The apartment itself was very clean and super comfortable. My only complaint was that the security gate to the building wasn't working one night, and I was not able to get ahold of the owner. I almost missed a reservation because I could not get out of the property.

Property exactly as described. Jorge is a careful host. The location is directly on Laguna Condado and is near everthing, with excellent UBER transportation, including to and from the airport. I will return.

Good location and patio

This apartment has a great location: On Condado Lagoon, 2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, in the middle of the Condado tourist area, a 10 minute Uber ride from the Old City, and a mile or 2 from the Santurce museums and vegan restaurants. We ate many meals on the patio overlooking the Lagoon and used the free kayaks. The bathroom has been remodeled and is now full size. However, the kitchen is small with very limited counter space, which made cooking a challenge.

50th Birthday In P.R.

This property was perfect for what I needed to celebrate my birthday. Located in the heart of Condado, close to hotels, bars, restaurants, cigar lounges, corner markets, etc. Property was clean, sitting on the deck in the mornings was the best. Great for 1-2 guests or maybe even 3 with the couch out front. The process was seamless and everything was as promised. Can a little warm in front room but just leave the bedroom door open during the day and let the AC blow through the unit. Would definitely stay again when I come back to visit.

2nd Trip in Condado!

Read my review from May of '22. Again, great experience and perfect location. Some renovation since our last trip. The bathroom is larger and more accommodating. The shower is all tiled and very convenient and the vanity/sink has way better room than originally designed. Also, an added TV in the bedroom was a great addition. Otherwise, great experience, and Jorge was present and responsive. We even met him a couple times in passing. Would recommend for your trip to PR!

The Most Ideal Place to Stay in San Juan

My partner and I visited Puerto Rico for the first time in February, and we chose to stay at this incredible location. It was perfect for what we needed staying only half a way, located next to the hustle and bustle of the city. There are incredible restaurants all within walking distance. We had local food, Italian, sushi, oysters, and more right in our backyard. With a car, San Juan was great to do day trips and we felt secure in this warm home away from home. Now, we are just two people, anymore than that might feel a little cramped in the space. However, the bathroom is beautiful redone and waking up to the gorgeous sunrise on the water is something that can’t be beat. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
