Welcome to 106 Linkside Drive. Located in the heart of the Sea Palms community, this cottage will make you feel like you are already home!
106 Linkside Drive is a beautifully maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath Linkside Patio Home with golf course views. This one level home has vaulted ceilings in the living room and sliding glass doors that open to the sun porch. The dining room and kitchen have both been lovingly updated and remodeled - opening up the area and providing more light. The kitchen has a new storage island stocked with all of the amenities you'd expect. Both bedrooms are just down a central hallway and each is fully carpeted. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and television. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and television.
Just steps outside the kitchen and master bedroom is a wonderful patio that beckons your attention. Relax after a great game of golf with awesome fairway views of the Sea Palms Golf Course. There is a seasonal community pool located in the Linkside Homes neighborhood (normally open from mid-April until Labor Day).

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
Occupancy: 4 guests. Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants.
Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Parking: Parking is available for 1 car in the driveway
Age: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starting Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
