Ocean Pearl is a beautiful one bedroom + bunks, two bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 6, two in the main bedroom (king bed), two on the queen sized sofa sleeper, and two on the hallway bunk beds. The great room is decorated in coastal hues sure to help you kick back and relax. The great room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and matching loveseat with a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Step out onto your balcony and enjoy the most spectacular views of The Gulf. The balcony is fully furnished with plenty of chairs and tables so you can enjoy coffee in the morning, watching the beach action all day long and checking out the incredible Gulf sunsets. Fabulous view!

Your dining table seats 4 with an additional seating for 3 at the bar. Family meals and game nights are so much fun!

The large gourmet kitchen has a view, too and an an eat-in breakfast bar with seating for 3. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a fancy meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and bake ware you'll need. The stacked laundry set is located just off the kitchen in the hallway for your convenience. We also provide an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The Seychelles Main Suite is your oasis with a luxurious king-sized bed with silky soft sheets. A large flat screen TV makes this your private oasis. The Main Suite Bath offers a tub/shower combo and vanity. Step out of the shower and dry off with the large fluffy white towels!

The Crew's Quarters bunk area is perfect for the youngsters, it includes a twin over twin bunk set. Bunk beds are for use by persons under 100 pounds only, please.

You'll enjoy the two sparkling beachfront pools and a hot tub for your enjoyment. These are right on the beach! The fitness center is free for guests to use. The grilling area is available on the top floor of the parking deck. The beach kiosk has chair rentals available and also parasailing and other beach activities, right in your "backyard."

Parking is limited to one space-your rental includes one parking pass for a space in the parking deck. Parking on property is limited and rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Emerald Beach Properties offers free parking at our office if you need to bring more than one car.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

We enjoyed our stay and for the most part everything was good. I had to call to get the parking pass (at other properties we have stayed, the pass was already in the condo). There was a swimsuit hanging on a bathroom door (I guess from the previous renter). The bed was made with sheets, however, there was no bedspread or quilt or topping.

This is an excellent place to stay on vacation! Quiet, clean and has the perfect beach view. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I ordered the same pillows when I got home .The only thing I wish they had were a few extra blankets. We will return for vacation! I highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful experience with this stay. It is on the calm end of PCB, which is more our speed. The unit is not cluttered with decor, it’s very tasteful. The bed was comfortable, which was of utmost importance to me. Parking (for our 1 vehicle) was never a problem. And we always felt safe.The management company running this rental was very fast to answer all of my questions. Be aware that you may get a text, offering you the ability to check in early, this is an added expense. Do not use that code when you arrive if you are going in at the normal check-in time, refer to the code in your email. There is also a 75 expense that is nonrefundable, I don’t remember seeing it prior to booking (it could have been there though). We love staying at Seychelles. We would definitely return to this unit if available.

Family Vacation

Very easy check in, communication, and was in a good location. The views were AMAZING. It was our first 4th of July away from our family in St Louis, along with our daughter turning 10!!! It was a great vacation!

Short trip to pcb for jeep jam and as usual we stayed at Seychelles. Condo was as described and very up to date and clean. We will save this one for future trips.

Family vacation..

The condo was really clean, and there was even a surprise in each bathroom with travel size his and hers deodorant, along with razors as well! That def was a bonus! Love the location, within walking distance of Schooners restaraunt. Def will stay here again!!

Lovely Unit

We had a fantastic week. The unit had everything we needed and then some. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend.

I love Seychells

We stay at Seychells every year and love it! This year the room was very dirty and the ice maker didn’t work. I called and they offered to send someone to clean but we chose to clean ourselves. They sent someone to fix the ice maker the next day but he had to order the part. The lady I spoke with was super nice and helpful. Also,there was a horrible noise in the wall behind the dryer that only happened a couple of times… Not sure what it was. We told the cleaning lady as we were leaving. It would’ve been nice to have had a clean room when we arrived, but they also depend on others to do their jobs without having to inspect behind them. So hopefully by letting them know will help fix the issue. We’re still very happy with our stay and will be back next year.

My stay

Upon entering the condo I encountered a coffee pot that had coffee and mold in it sitting on the counter. The floors were filthy. The outside balcony had not been cleaned at all. The floor was nasty and there was sand all over the furniture. The inside of the condo hadn’t been dusted. The large screen tv apparently wasn’t working as a smaller tv was placed in front of the large screen tv in the front room. The shower door in the bathroom hallway wouldn’t shut and a towel had to be placed on the floor to catch the water coming out of the door. The vent in the dryer is missing. Even though I didn’t need 8 wristbands as the agreement stated only 6 were in the condo. The bedroom smelt very musty. Overall I felt very uncomfortable in this condo.

Perfect Beach Stay!

Loved our stay here- A+! Check in and parking super easy. We were texted when our lodging was ready- and it was early. Beautiful views from the 16 floor balcony and we loved the bar stool height chairs as we could see over the railing. Maybe bring extra TP if your family goes through a lot. Bring own shampoo- supplied ones were super hard to dispense! (Or grab at close by Dollar Stores). A few things to note: Remember to bring your own beach towels or plan on buying here (there are a lot of inexpensive places to pick up), Unit has Mr. Coffee maker, but no filters (we left ours so hopefully they don’t throw them away!) & no coffee- so if you are coffee drinkers be prepared! No coffee places close by (although they did have coffee in the VACASA office on1st level of parking garage). Plenty of kitchen dishes, cups & cooking utensils, but zero spices, oil or any food items so consider bringing small amounts of spices from home if you plan on cooking. Schooners right next door and great, but dinner crowds were crazy even mid week so be prepared and go down early or late…or be prepared to wait. Easy beach walk to the state park- took us less than 1/2 hour and we were shell looking as we went. Respect the water- there was an incident while we were there as a young man dove in the water and possibly broke his neck as he hit a sand bar. Fortunately he had people with him who were able to pull him from the water before he drowned and my husband helped stabilize him.

An OK place to stay

Our trip was great because we were at PCB but the overall experience could have been better. The cons: Upon arrival we noticed the floors looked barely swept and the kitchen counters and dining table were dirty. Thankfully I packed disinfectant wipes so that I could immediately clean it myself. I could have called housekeeping but it was after 5pm on a Saturday so doing it myself was faster. As I was wiping everything down I noticed to blood stains on the hallway wall and kitchen bar area wall and immediately wiped those clean. If you walked barefoot through the condo for more than 5 mins the bottom of your feet were black, again thankfully I packed us flip flops and house shoes. The living room furniture is stained up and could use a good cleaning. The bedroom bathtub does not drain so as you shower your standing in water up to your shins by the time you get out. The elevators, there are 3 and only 2 of them were working the entire week. Multiple times throughout the week one of the working elevators would be down. We actually ran into a pregnant woman and her toddler running out of one scared to death because she had been stuck and finally it let her off on our floor (16) while we were waiting to get on. She didn’t have her phone so I let her use mine to call her husband. We ended up having to take the stairs one night and climbing 16 flights of stairs was misery! I never was quite sure who texted me letting me know our room was ready. I communicated a little using that same number to text throughout the trip but it was never clear if I was talking to an owner or property manager. The text were not personable at all. If you have more than one vehicle, the second vehicle is asked to park 3.7 miles down the road which is extremely inconvenient. The pros: All the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The wash machine and dryer worked great and quickly. The dishwasher worked great and was convenient to have. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. Having access to Netflix in the living room was great. The view is amazing. The staff we met was nice.

We wish you would have followed the check-in instructions and reported these matters to us so we could have addressed them for you but unfortunately we were not contacted at all during your stay for any matters. We've created a work order for maintenance to address the slow drains and unfortunately have no control over the elevators as we only manage the individual condo.
