Wow, this place was beyond our expectations. The photos don't do this place justice. The outdoor space was beautiful, though it was a bit too windy to sit outside or to have fires. This is a really comfortable old-style cottage with many modern updates. We really enjoyed this place a lot. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was perfect for my friends and I while on our girls trip! This cottage was just what us city girls needed. It’s quiet, clean, conveniently located for everything we wanted to do, and just the perfect size. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

We loved our stay at the Gingerbread Cottage! It was very centrally located to be able to do all of our favorite DC activities. We loved the living area and thought it was even better than the photos. We'll definitely stay again!

The Gingerbread Cottage reminded us of our lake house we used to own. We had a very nice time and would consider returning for another stay. Loved just sitting around the campfire. The location of the cottage makes it very easy explore Door County.

The cottage was immaculate and inviting inside. One thing was we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. I would certainly love to go back as the property was dog friendly as well. Nice stay and great location in Door County.

Wonderful cottage, everything as expected. Nice and warm too, even without the fireplace (which we loved using) the heat was doing a good job in sub zero temps. Clean, organized, charming touches, very cozy. Location is hard to beat. Great place to stay in Door County.

This was by far the easiest stay we've ever had! No tricky locks/codes; no crazy rules; and no neighbors to worry about. The pictures don't do it justice. Yes, the pit set has seen better days, and the patio set is plastic-but the bed was incredibly comfortable, the dining table and chairs were like new, the shower/bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the huge TV's actually worked! The surrounding natural wooded area was a delight for this plant lover, with the extra touch of newly planted flowers in every flower-box. It truly is an adorable gingerbread house! Door County rarely disappoints-bonus-perfect weather all week !
