Great place!!!

Great place for a couple days. We took advantage of the lake. Fishing was great for the grandchildren. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy being by the lake. Thank you.

Yearly Family Vacation with kids and Grands

Great view of Lake and dock for fishing. Access to water area to swim was unsafe due to slippery and 2nd step/ board from bottom missing. Step frame corner not visable under water. No rails on step. Had to take grandkids to sandbar on lake to go swim safely. House was very comfortable with plenty of space for all the family have fun and sleep. All appliaces worked great. Only problem was down stairs bath shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Unable to get a tolerable temp.Tankless water heater was heard beeping with error code E1 on last nite there. AC worked great upstairs and down. Kitchen was dark and light flickering on and off, but easly fix with 2 new bulbs. Kids loved the upstairs bedrooms. The fire pit was good for our traditional smores on last nite of stay.

Great Potential, B U T . . .

Very cute house with great potential BUT . . . . Dirty Downstairs bedroom on left smells ABSOLUTELY A W F U L ! ! Many Light switches don’t operate any lights. 2 lights flicker like an amusement park ride. Could not use ! - kitchen & floor lamp No washcloths 2 hand towel down, none up. Baseboards filthy Dirt in corners Wobbly Stair rail - safety hazard. sunflower seeds under table on porch. Porch has not been swept in quite a while- leaves, dirt Porch Screens filthy Porch cushions & Throw pillows - Filthy Trash receptacles on street over full Thursday - Sunday Piles of accumulated Leaves on steps to lake should have been removed Issue with settling steps needs to have signage of danger. Liability ! No rails on steps at dock and no sign about slippery steps caused 70 year old to slip on VERY slippery steps, hitting back and back of head on steps before sliding into lake. I’ve never paid to stay in a dirty place. Until now Our stay was Thursday 8th thru Sunday 11th

Needs updating and a deep clean! Smelled terrible!

Lake front great! Quick drive to venue for family wedding! Grass needed to be cut. Porch needed to be cleaned. House in desperate need of an update and deep clean! It smelled terrible! Carpet in downstairs bedrooms stained! No dishwasher! No water pressure in showers! H2O smelled like sulfur. Would not rent again!

Great central fishing location.

We stayed at Two Palms for a fishing tournament. Property was ideal for scouting both lake Marion and Moultrie being located just south of 95. The property owner was prompt with any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again.
