This property is in the center of the action - easy walk from countless restaurant and shopping. One block from beach and One block from main park in center of town. No need to rent a car since you are already there.

Great location!

Wonderful stay in downtown Puerto Morelos. Steps away from breakfast, lunch and dinner. The unit itself is behind the buildings on the main street, so there is a buffer for the noise from the bars and restaurants. We were there during a city wide festival, but had peaceful sleep. The rooftop view was amazing. Photo ops just up the stairs. Great stay!

Private yet close to everything

I stayed here with a buddy and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. This property is off the street, in good shape, nice and clean. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the main room. The pool is small but clean and very refreshing. The location is great, close to many restaurants, the main plaza and supermarkets. And of course the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront

Due to city road construction issues the hosts upgraded us to a beachfront property nearby so I am not actually rating this particular listing but a similar one. I saw the original listing so believe this rating applies. The hosts, Bictor and Laura , were great. The rooms were roomy and well equipped. The location is in the heart of the town. Great for walking and restaurants. Music from restaurants could be heard but ended early. Love Puerto Morelos.

In The Heart of It All

Cons: The outdoor bar next door has live music most every night. They don't play past midnight. We couldn't stay longer! Pros: The hosts were currently living on the property. They're wonderful people to interact with. Responses are timely and they take a lot of care maintaining the property. Beds are comfortable Kitchen is equipped but not lavishly. You'll have what you need to make the basics. The pool is great for a quick dip. Laundry was very helpful.
