Fabulosa ubicación frente al río en el nuevo edificio de condominios. Desde su puerta trasera, camine por el cordón hasta ir de compras, restaurantes, clubes y más. Observe la actividad del río desde la privacidad de su propio condominio: yates, carreras de botes de dragón, kayak, etc. Esta unidad es única. Sin pisos por encima de usted, sala de estar en el nivel principal, ambas habitaciones están en el piso superior. Amplias habitaciones, la principal tiene bañera grande y ducha separada, además de tocador doble. Magníficos pisos de madera, chimenea de gas, totalmente equipados para su hogar lejos del hogar.

Even better than the photos

Wonderful views of the river and downtown. Every day we saw teams paddling Dragon Boats, scullers, kayaks, even small hot tub boats! We stepped out the patio door to the riverwalk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The photos don't do it justice-nice artwork and spacious main floor. Well equipped kitchen. Loved it!

Wonderful riverfront views and city access

Lovely condo in splendid location right on the river. We could sit at the bistro style dining table overlooking the river for hours, sharing meals, playing cards, watching the boats and wildlife. It was also a real treat to walk along the river and up to the PSU campus...esp. fabulous for the Saturday farmers' market. Walking distance to the aerial tram, and an easy hop on to the N/S streetcar to head downtown, to the Pearl, to NW 23rd, and of course connecting to all of PDX via other mass transit . The condo is pleasantly furnished and comfortable, with a nice kitchen. We look forward to our next stay.

Paradise in Portland

We just returned from an incredible month at the townhouse on the Willamette River! From the moment we entered, we felt we had found our home away from home. The entire place was spotless, an important asset for us! The beautiful stainless kitchen was equipped with every item we could possibly need for preparing meals from large to small. The comfy beds and plush pillows made getting a good night's sleep easy. Even the storage areas were more than ample for the two of us. We loved spending time on the outdoor patio having our morning cup of coffee or our evening glass of wine while we watched the boats, the kayaks, the joggers, the walkers and the many other sights along the river. Another plus about the area is one could easily get by without a car if necessary. While we were steps from the streetcar, we often just walked to nearby restaurants, to events on the riverfront or to Pioneer Square. The owners of the property were always accessible either by phone or email. They have been extremely friendly and eager to help to us. I can't say enough nice things about them or their beautiful property! Someday, we would love to return to this lovely condo on the river.

Perfect location for us walkers!

What a great place to stay! Your right on the river, you have a wonderful prom/riverwalk and the restaurants are good in the area. McCormick and Schmitz had a yummy happy hour! When we get together we always end up in the kitchen. Because this place is open to the living/dining area it worked perfectly!! Everything was top notch just as it showed online. I have and will continue to give out this place to all my friends and family.

Riverfront living/vacationing at its finest! This condo being directly on the riverfront and walking esplanade offers everything right out our patio door. Spring and summer dragon boat racing, live music events a few minutes away, farmers markets, artists fairs, plays, ballets, and a plethora of dining choices. You can see up the river and two gorgeous bridges that light up at night. The Fourth of July fireworks celebration is right in front of our unit on the river. There is always something to see and do in Portland. Our unit is very unique- we are on the first floor although there are no units above us so there is no noise!

Conceirge onsite. Underground parking for one car. Close to mass transit and easy to get onto I-5. Sitting Patio with steps right onto the riverfront esplanade. Huge Windows taking in the spectacular river views. Quiet unit yet close to everything!
