This charming farmhouse was built in 1895 for the caretaker of the local railroad station. Since then this beautiful location has hosted gatherings of diverse sets of friends and family and we would be honored to host your next family trip or gathering. Located just minutes from a dozen local wineries, hiking trails and 6 miles from various beaches (or just feet from the year-round heated private pool and hot tub) this farmhouse is the perfect relaxing get away.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights

If you rearranged any furniture, please carefully put it back in place. If the kids have played with any of the toys, puzzles, games or books in the metal cabinet, please put those items back neatly.

If you used the bbq, hot tub, pool or chaise lounge outside PLEASE put the protective covers back on them. (If the bbq propane tanks are low, let us know so we can fill them for the next guests.)

If you lowered the volume on the door alarms during your stay, please turn it back up for the next guests.If you brought your pet, please be sure you have picked up after them-thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Privacy: We want all guests to be aware that there are several video cameras on the exterior of the property, including the pool area.

A $200/FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF THE POOL SWEEP IS REMOVED FROM THE POOL WATER OR UNPLUGGED FROM INSIDE THE POOL

Any day parties/entertainment with more than 15 guests, inquire for rules+pricing. Guests staying w/15+ will be charged $1000 automatically
