Luxurious accommodations on a scenic mountaintop ranch
Prefumo Crest Inn has 3 master suites with en-suites, and an open floor plan kitchen and great room. The indoor spaces are open and airy, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and endless views. All rooms have french doors overlooking a private covered patio and garden. Each suite has a king size memory foam bed, Brooklinen luxury bedding, couch, fireplace, smart-tv, wi-fi and iPhone compatible radio. En-suites have a whirlpool tub, open-air shower and water closet.
The great room has a 65” TV, large sectional couch, 8 person dining table and spacious kitchen area. The kitchen has a Samsung electric range/oven, full size refrigerator, reverse osmosis water, coffee maker and tea kettle, toaster, microwave, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Locally roasted, organic coffee and teas are also provided.
Two large sets of north/east facing slider doors allow for a seamless outdoor transition. Outside, the pergola covered picnic table overlooks Morro Bay, and the charcoal grill is ideal for get togethers with family and friends.
Our property is a 6,000 sq. ft., solar/battery powered, barn-style building. There are two levels separated by over two ft. of highly insulated space. When we’re in town, we stay on the top story; the lower story is completely private, dedicated, 2,000 sq/ft. guest space. We love hosting, however, we don't interact unless necessary. Normal/raised voices or music can't be heard from one level to the next. If you’re concerned about privacy, please inquire about whether we’ll be around during your potential stay. No partiers please.

This is our family ranch, where I grew up. I love this property, and our area. Sharing it with guests is an absolute pleasure.
Why they chose this property
Endless views, natural beauty, outdoor adventuring and serenity create contentment and awe.
What makes this property unique
We built our place as a barn, and converted to a residence. It’s an agrarian style structure with a rustic, barn-like appearance outside, and a minimalist luxury feel inside. Sustainably is important us, and our lives and business practices reflect this value. Prefumo Crest Inn is fully solar/battery powered, and was built to exceed the green building requirements of the County of San Luis Obispo. The structures exterior shell was constructed using Structural Insulated Panels for maximum energy efficiency. This product provides environmental advantages such as high insulation properties and mold resistance for indoor air quality. Superior insulation significantly reduces our heating and cooling needs.
