The Vineyard Vacation House is a mix of rustic, mid-century modern and contemporary. Professionally designed by Fortini Interiors in San Luis Obispo, the high quality materials used in decorating the home exude a natural and simple, yet elegant feel. The house is 3100 square feet, with four bedrooms and three baths and can sleep up to twelve guests.
7.5” wide planks of sawn European white oak span nearly the entire home. Upholstery materials and area rugs are made of natural fabrics such as sisal, linen and mohair.
Large high-definition smart televisions are in the living room areas and in all bedrooms. There is a sound system throughout the house and wireless high speed internet is complimentary.

About Property Manager
Biddle Ranch Vineyard was conceived by a local group of friends with a passion for fine wine, good food, and a desire to creating a 'one of a kind' property to share with our guests. We created Biddle Ranch Vineyard Wines as our collaborative way of advocating the natural approach to crafting great wines and the connection to the land as a way of life. Every element of Biddle Ranch - the wine, the setting, the people and general aesthetics are consistent with the way we feel life should be: simple, authentic and less-contrived.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
We had the best visit at Biddle Ranch. Not only was the house beautiful, but the surrounding vineyards were stunning. The house had everything we needed and more- great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, & backyard with an amazing grill. HIGHLY recommend!!
Wonderful place to rent for a family reunion or with friends. Take advantage of the outdoor patio space!
Beautiful property in a stunning setting!
This is an amazing property! Beautifully decorated, nice linens and bedding, Heath dishes, beautiful thoughtful landscaping etc. Lots of nice spots to sit outdoors and take in the views. Our main reason for 3 stars was just the fact the configuration was not quite comfortable for 12 adults. We were 4 families, and 2 of the four have 2 grown kids each! Basically 4 of the beds (incl. 2 pullouts) are squished in one tight wing of the house with one bathroom in that area. The other 2 rooms had more space/ privacy and their own bathrooms.
(we basically had to go buy air mattresses and bedding for our kids or they would have been on the couches in the main room) Kind of a bummer and added to the already pricey cost! It felt a bit expensive for that reason. Also the kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking for a large group.
All that said we had a fun time gathered for Thanksgiving holiday... wine tasting and corn hole right outside were fun too! You should know the winery tasting room is basically in the front yard and people are there hanging out! It was not a problem just should know! :)
We just returned from a wonderful weekend at Biddle Ranch. We had 4 couples stay for a long weekend while in town celebrating a Birthday and destination wedding. The home is large, the outdoor area is phenomenal. Decorating and landscaping are just terrific. The location is great, close enough to downtown but we felt very secluded. The views are amazing from all angles. I worked with Leigh who manages the property. She was easy to communicate with, kind and informative.
pictures do not justify this beautiful house, everything inside and outside was done with a premium, no cutting corners, lori and time were great at taking care of us and responding to our needs, would definitely come back!
Amazingly Gorgeous Home with the best hospitality and scenery ever!
A gorgeous home with the most beautiful vineyards. The design and landscape of the home leave you in the most tranquil setting ever. You definitely need to spend several nights here and enjoy all the surrounding wineries and outdoor opportunities. Just a quick drive away are restaurants with exquisite cuisine with a fun downtown setting. You can get the Property Manager to be as involved or un-involved in your stay/event as you'd like. They drop everything to meet your needs. Biddle Ranch is truly a vacation in your dream home!
