This gorgeous and large (2200 Sq ft)Oceanfront Deluxe 4BR, 4BR Condo Located in the beautiful Dunes Village resort in the Palmetto Tower. As you enter the room you`ll have four private bedrooms - three guest bedrooms with two queen beds and a king in the master. This condo also has 4 full baths - two with luxurious Jacuzzi tubs and one with standing shower. The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed to make sleeping arrangements a breeze. This room also comes with 5 TV`s so everyone can watch what they want.

This is 2100 sq ft 4 bedroom/4 bathroom 8th floor condo located in the most desirable area of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from everywhere master in this oceanfront property. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as `The Golden Mile`, which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. The living area has a flat screen TV, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen.
This unit comes with three (3) free covered parking spaces.
Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from your private balcony. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort`s large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children`s pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle`s Best breakfast/coffee facility.

There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach.
Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom oceanfront condo.

This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony.

This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time. 4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit. 5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit. 6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.
