The check-in process was a bit disjointed. The code we were given in the welcome letter was non-operational upon our arrival. After lengthy travel, that left a bitter taste in our mouths. However, once that was ironed out, our stay at the property was outstanding. The property was extremely clean and presented as advertised. The property is oceanfront, and easily accessible to the beach. Good restaurants are within walking distance of the building. Despite the initial hiccups, we would stay again and recommend it to others.

Great location with a great view. communication was excellent. We had small maintenance issue and it was addressed immediately.There were limited supplies provided but we ordered from Walmart and they delivered (toilet paper, paper products and clothes detergent).The unit was clean and large enough for our girls trip (6 people).

Room was just as described. Clean, comfortable and has what you need.Only thing that was upsetting (no control of the host) we had no hot showers. The hotel was working on the system and we couldn't get a hot shower.

Great family trip

Clean and had everything we needed for family of 5 adults, 5 yr old and 1 yr old. Pool and lazy river were a hit. Beach just a short walk away. Plenty of places to go that were close by.

Property was exactly as described but even more beautiful in person. Location was great for our family and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the whole condo was very clean and amply stocked. It’s quite a walk to the boardwalk area but doable if you’re in to that scene. We liked that it was a little further away as it seemed quieter, cleaner, and less crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location. Beach supplies in closet were great to use. Nice large kitchen for cooking that was well stocked. Property could use a good deep clean and master shower was not usable as faucet was broke. Amenities at the resort were nice and clean.

Thank you for your review Barbara, and thank you too for your private feedback assuring us how much you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry that the master shower faucet broke during your stay. As you know our repair guy came out within a couple of hours of you reporting it, but the broken part was in the wall behind the handle and had to be ordered from the plumbing supply store. It did not arrive until the day that you checked out, as your stay was a short one. We did our best to deal with it as fast as possible, but sometimes these things are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciated your easy-going response that you could use one of the other bathroom showers. I'm sorry that you found traces of mold at the base of the shower doors under the silicone flap which stops water spraying on the bathroom floor. We have asked our housekeeper to start removing these flaps to clean underneath them at each turnover, as we had not been aware that water would collect there. This does take quite some extra time, as they are fiddly to reattach after cleaning, and when guests arrive several hours early in the resort and are anxious to check in, as indeed you were, our cleaning lady ends up rushing (and sometimes missing small items) in her effort to let guests in early. Going forward, we may need to re-think our early check in efforts, so that our head housekeeper can do her usual 'go through' of the condo in the last hour before check in to ensure nothing has been missed. Obviously when guests want to check in early, they are already in before the second housekeeper arrives to check over the main cleaner's work, so this safety net check is lost. We are always anxious to ensure that every guest stay is a great experience, so we will definitely take your criticisms on-board to ensure that we do better in future!
