Great location, with great amenities and views. Plenty to do for the kids and adults. Great access to beach and onsite pools and lazy river. Unit was clean with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids (2 & under)Bar and restaurant on site, walking distance to Publix, food Lion, starbucks and dunkin.Long waits for elevators, especially at check in and check out times.Overall great experience.

This condo was very spacious for our large family vacation. It even included beach accessories like boogie boards, beac chairs, sand castle building sets, etc. We loved being right on the beach with access to a lot of places and walking distance. The pool area was very nice including the Lazy River and the kids slide and splash pad area. We loved spending our evenings out on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoying the full moon shining over the ocean.

Family Day!

Family is very important to me. This was a time for as many of us that could to be together and just enjoy each other! This condo was the perfect place. Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. I’m looking forward to our get together! Rufia the host was absolutely amazing. We will definitely book with her again!

Ocean Reef

I have stayed at Ocean Reef several times before and rented directly with Ocean Reef. This time via VIRBO the rental was in the best condition we ever had. The kitchen was stocked well with pot, pans ect. I would highly recomend renting this unit.

1sr trip to Myrtle Beach

Overall it was a great time. The condo was smaller than I expected but still fit our 14 family members comfortably. Negative is the property and room is a little dated and needs some updates. The condo owner was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend them and reserve from them again.

Spacious bedrooms. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes/appliances. Large balcony. No icemaker which was an inconvenience. Elevators were down on and off during stay so long wait to get in an elevator.

Family Christmas

This unit is just as it's listing says it is. We enjoyed this unit very much. Our family of 14 all age ranges spent a week here. Everyone had there own space we could gather in living area eat and play games at table or sit on balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Issues were washer/dryer unit is loud refrigerator drawer broken but this did not phase our trip one bit. Would absolutely love to rent this unit again and would recommend it to all families.

Property itself is good ! It was clean and spacious . Layout was good for 14 of us to be able to sit comfortably and play games or just chill . You can just sit in the balcony and listen to the waves ! There were plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking . Host was very prompt with response. Only thing which we felt could be better was with the clearly explaining to bring additional toiletries, paper towel , etc . There was no dishwashing liquid although we had to start it before leaving to clean the used Utensils. We were on time to leave so couldn’t even go out to buy . Overall I would recommend!

Hot water a big problem

The condo was nice as the pictures showed. But there were some maintenance issues, such as the ceiling in the master bedroom that was falling off on whatever I had laying below it. Also, it took at least 20 minutes of running the water for the shower water to ever get hot. Such a huge waste of water and time. On a couple of occasions, it never got hot, very frustrating!!! They were doing construction on the property and the workers were using the regular elevator which sometimes caused a long wait time and was very messy.
