Charming Beachfront Cottage Awaits You! Direct access to beach off deck/walkway.

Welcome to 'lil seabiscuit' our wonderful beachfront cottage! This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home is very special. This is a magical property where you have the best of both worlds - vegetation & oceanfront in your back yard!

When you approach the home, you will appreciate the 'curb' appeal as the beautiful landscaping welcome you!

When you enter, you will be embraced with hard woods throughout the home (over 125 years old!) and a warm but coastal and fun feel interior. The kitchen/dining as you enter, living room to your left (ocean side). Past the living room, you'll enter the Master Bedroom which has a lovely en suite bathroom.
Off of the kitchen, the 2nd Bedroom and Full Bathroom will be found with it's own theme you will enjoy! The living room couch pulls out into a Queen Sofa Bed for a 3rd couple/child(ren)/single, etc. We provide all linens and towels for your ease and comfort, along with the essentials to get you started!

The oceanside of the house will amaze you as it is purely sliding glass (hurricane proof!) doors - you have a view of the ocean from basically anywhere in the home! Curtains you can draw as you wish throughout.

A fully operational kitchen is available for those who want to just stay home and cook/grill and enjoy the ocean breeze while sitting on the back deck! Sunsets are NOT to be missed! No need to leave as you'll have everything you need when you arrive at 'lil seabiscuit'! Beach chairs/towels are available for your stay along with some beach toys. Fire pit available, Adirondack chairs, loungers, outdoor dining on deck, you will be able to appreciate the sight, smell and feel of mother nature. However, if you don't feel like cooking there are plenty of amazing restaurants (even in walking distance!) to explore!

We hope you come visit this special cottage (we got married here so if you're looking for a wedding venue, definitely please reach out!). This is a place where very many memories have been made for us, friends and family, and we know your visit will create special memories in wonderful Oak Island for you as well!

Baby’s first beach trip

We booked the lil Seabiscuit for a quick family getaway. It was the perfect stay! Amazing deck space and right off the sand, which is what we were looking for. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Relaxation at it’s finest!!!

My daughter needed some sea therapy, and I found this house which was PERFECTION! Jackie was a dream to work with, and she made the process of booking, enjoying our stay with treats, and checking out seamless. The house is exactly as described, and we enjoyed every minute of our short getaway! I will definitely book again! Wonderful getaway—perfect spot to relax and unwind

We had a wonderful experience all throughout starting with renting this beautiful cottage - excellent communication leading up to and during our stay. The pictures are spot on and as soon as we walked through the doors we felt at home. We could tell that the owners took special care of all the details and comforts. We loved being able to walk out to the beach whenever we wanted to. The views are breathtaking. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back soon.

Perfect beach get away

House is so charming. It has been lovingly updated and is the perfect stay for 2 people and maybe 2 young children. Fully equipped with everything you would need. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Beach is just a short walk over the dune path. Bed was very comfy and A/C kept the house nice and cool from the heat outside. Would definitely stay here again

Great time for a long weekend

We stayed at Oak Island after visiting UNCW and had a great time. House was just as advertised. Right on the beach and close to everything you need. Owner very accessible and responsive. We would definitely stay again
