Very privately situated home 0.5 miles to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood, community trails, tennis court, blueberry garden, cranberry bog. 1.3 miles to Sandy Neck Beach and ORV park.
Tastefully decorated, the home is very comfortable for 8 people. Great outdoor shower, gas grill, relaxing koi pond with a waterfall.
Walking distance to restaurant and shops, minutes to historic Town of Sandwich, the oldest town on the Cape.
We are priced very competitively. Linens are not included, so bring your own linens and save a few bucks or rent from us.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Quiet and peaceful in a great location

We stayed here for work in the Bay, and it was a great location to be close to the Sandwich Marina while also being in a quiet area. The house had plenty of room for all of us and our gear to stay and work comfortably. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful month at this lovely home in East Sandwich, so many special touches. The house is very spacious and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The Koi Pond was a special treat; we loved feeding and watching the fish with our granddaughter. Beaches are very close; we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The owner, Olga, was a pleasure to correspond with.

Great Week in Cap Code

The house was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and had all we needed to cook and enjoy our stay in the region. Conveniently located on the north west of Cape Code, it is easy to drive in the area and towns around like Plymouth. I would definitely come back.

Amazing home! Made the week so nice!

We had an amazing time in such a lovely home. The yard was perfect for our little ones and they loved the koi pond!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The only recommendation is to be clearer about the private beach access as there are several signs along the way they make you feel you do not belong on that path. Once you are on the beach it was perfect.

Clean and roomy

The home was a great size. The extra room with TV was a big plus. The private beach is VERY rocky. Paying extra for linens is something I’m not impressed with considering the cost of renting a home for a week. All in all very roomy and within a 5 min drive to other beaches.

Fun times on Cape Cod

This is an excellent property to stay in . It’s got ev one could need to cook, grill, eat, drink, relax and enjoy. Gorgeous property with beautiful trees and plants very very private. The best thing my grandsons loved was twice daily we would all get together and feed the Koi fish ! In the Koi pond and then go and swing on the old fashioned swing in the front yard ! Have never had a better vacation experience! My family is in total agreement we loved it there! Can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a great time at this house. Wifi was strong enough for 5 people to work from home for 2 days. Beach is in walking distance (took about 12 min walking). Host responded to our questions very quickly. Only issue was that linens (sheets towels etc.) are not included in the initial rental fee so just be aware of that before booking. Thank you!
