Bekijk de boten voorbij varen - fiets of jog langs het kanaal - of ga gewoon op het dek zitten en laat de tijd wegglippen.

'S Nachts plezierige een kampvuur op het strand - of kijken naar de avondster en tijdens de dag hebt je keuze uit een mediterrane als kiezelsteen kustlijn naar links of een zachte zandige kust naar rechts - hoe dan ook de warme zachte golven zal wiegen je in kalmte..

Veel recente upgrades maken dit huis een perfecte vakantie keuze voor de veeleisende reiziger, waaronder een aangepaste SS Keuken nieuwe badkamers, een volledige wasserij, WIFI en buitendouche zorgen voor een geweldige vakantie. Centrale AC en grote meubels ronde uit de ervaring. De sprankelende interieur wordt aangevuld door geweldige waterviews vanuit bijna elke kamer, stap uit het dek en op het strand.

Het historische centrum van Sandwich is iets meer dan een mijl afstand en biedt winkels, musea en restaurants te midden van prachtige historische gebouwen.

Het Marina District ligt op minder dan 1,5 km met een keuze uit vier lokale restaurants op het land, waaronder de nieuwste Fisherman View (boot naar tafel), Seafood Sams (traditioneel Cape Cod-tarief) en het Pilot House (warme, ontspannen inrichting met zeevruchten en steakgerechten) , plus een rauwe bar, dagschotels & zitplaatsen buiten met entertainment). Horizons Restaurant and Pub is 2/10 van een mijl van blootsvoets stappen langs het strand.

Het beste ontbijt en een informele lunch in Cafe Chew (minder dan een mijl afstand) - (Charmant ontbijt en lunch aanrecht serveren met buiten zitplaatsen met sandwiches, salades en meer.)

Je zult nooit zonder topkeuze komen binnen 10 minuten rijden, inclusief twee van mijn favoriete Italiaanse Resteraunts die rivaliseren met Bostons North End ... Almafi en Tomaten Italiaanse Grill.

A perfect little beach cottage for a zen getaway. Could sit on that porch forever and watch the tides come and go. The location is great for avoiding most of the Cape traffic and maximizing comfort and relaxation. The host is very responsive, accessible and gracious. Thank you for a great stay!

Upon arrival walked in to a very lovely and relaxing cottage. Very open and clean. Great kitchen. Enjoyed sitting on ocean-front deck and reading, relaxing, socializing. Host was very easy to communicate with. Plenty of good quality towels and linens. Loved spending family time here. There was a full moon during our stay and the pictures don’t do it justice. You can tell renovations to this home were thoughtfully done.

Exceptional Beach Home

Beautiful beach house, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean, amazing views from every room. This is one of the nicest VRBOs that I have ever stayed at. John was a great host, always communicated with us and offered us wonderful recommendations for places to see and restaurant options. We would gladly rent again.

Cape Cod Bayfront Cottage

The cottage is exactly as portrayed in the pictures and write up on VRBO. It was nicely decorated and well-equipped. There were wonderful sunrises and active marine life right outside the cottage’s deck. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach and the bike path along the Cape Cod Canal provide ample opportunity for vigorous walks and biking. And I can’t forget the outdoor shower - it was wonderful.

Beautiful location & quiet beach

Stayed here with my small family and in laws for a week. The location is perfect- easy to get to from the bridge, close to lots of great dining, and somehow still away from it all. The house had plenty of room for our group of 6. The views are beautiful, my kids loved finding crabs and watching the seals, and my husband loved the location close to the canal for fishing. Overall a lovely week away- would recommend!

Great Spot

The view from the deck was unbelievable. The location is central to everything in Sandwich. The house is very nice and updated with a comfortable place for family of five. The host was great with communication and made our stay easy. We will go back for sure.

Beautiful Beach House with a view

Our family of five (kids ages 17, 14, 11) loved this beach property for a week long stay in Cape Cod. It had absolutely everything you could ask for, and the property was in wonderful condition. It’s a great layout that maximizes the space, with plenty of seating with views both in and outdoors. John was great at communicating, and very helpful. We hope to return next summer!

Perfect for small family

Our family of four - two small children - had a great stay. The owners were excellent communicators and very flexible. The beach out front is beautiful, but rocky. We ended up going to the sandy beach down the street each day for the kids which was wonderful for small children and just a 10 minute walk away.

Magical location and perfect home

This property exceeded my expectations. Sitting directly on the water with amazing views of the seals, boats, and sea. Inside was well equipped with all the kitchen needs we had so we could cook throughout our stay, rooms were nicely appointed and John was easily accessible for questions. Highly recommend.

Better than 5 stars!

This house was amazing. Location was incredible. Clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Well-stocked and great price. WELL worth every cent. Sunsets were gorgeous. Beach was beautiful (go for a walk to the Canal visitor center!). We do a mom/daughters weekend once a year. We travel all around, but may even do the Cape again just so we can stay in this house! We loved it!

Absolutely charming

We just spent a week in Sandwich in this little cottage by the beach and we loved it. We were a bit unlucky with the weather for most of the week but the place was still charming even on rainy days. On sunny days I couldn't get enough of the views. The owner was extremely helpful and available to answer any queries and he gave us lots of good restaurant suggestions, all of which turned out to be delicious. The beach was mesmerizing, from observing the seals, looking for hermit crabs, and enjoying the evolving landscape with the changing tides. We even saw a school of dolphins pass by one day. The water is quite cold and it's best to have a pair of water shoes to really enjoy walking everywhere. We were worried that the house would be too small for the 5 of us, but it's so well divided and organized it worked out perfect. I truly wish we could have spent a few extra days.

Very clean and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing views, perfect place to sit on the gorgeous deck and watch a sunrise, fishing fleet, freighters all pass by to the Cape Cod Canal. The owners are amazing to work with, responsive, honest and friendly. Great location to restaurants, shops, 6A and 6. Waterfront doesn't even sum up this location! My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will be sad when it ends! Thank you!
