Property was clean, I thought had all the amenities plus some for the size. Had a beach umbrella in closet that did not know about and used it all week on the beach. Super close and easy to get to all beaches and to the highway to adventure to Clearwater or Tampa. Loved it. Perfect for me and the wife.

This was the PERFECT place for us to have a little staycation! The place has a very homey/relaxing vibe. Nice part is we are close to the beach as well. The Host was amazing at communicating everything with us. Would love to stay again next time we come to st Pete!

Overall we loved this place and would stay again! Really the only issue we had was that the shower was not clean when we arrived. We had to clean it with bleach and we also bought and left a shower toiletry holder there for future tenants. This place was so close to perfect, with just a little more attention to detail needed when cleaning. Other than that the place was perfect for what we needed, location was great, the host was very responsive, and the check in/out process was seamless

Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean (only place that needs dusting was under the bathroom cabinet). The studio didn’t have any dog smell which is a plus, since it’s pet friendly. It has all the basic amenities, felt like I was in a hotel. Walking distance to Sunset Park to see the sunset, beach, restaurants, and much more. Definitely will come back.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely place with a very comfortable bed and functional kitchenette. The host was great and quick to reply to my messages. Finding and parking was easy. The bath mat could be replaced and the toilet did not always flush, but otherwise, great stay!
