The space
Convenient Getaway located in the heart of Charleston, S.C. freshly renovated home has a fully equipped kitchen. 2 cozy bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. For your convenience the kitchen, has pots, pans, plates, coffee, creamers, sugar, silverware, glasses, trash bags plates, cups, and glasses. The property is close to I-26 & I-526 and offers 5 mins to Tanger Outlet, Walmart, North Charleston Coliseum, Charleston Convention Center, Charleston International Airport, over 12 restaurants, 17mins to Downtown and 20 mins to the Beach!

The home is in a quiet working class neighborhood. There is enough off-street space to park several cars and even an RV!

My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay here! We had a small issue with check in but the communication was great and we got it sorted out right away! Great location to everything we wanted to do in Charleston. Very beautiful house and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully renovated home in upcoming neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable with beautiful art throughout the house. Approximately 10/15 minutes to downtown. Definitely recommended and would stay there again.

Phenomenal home away from home

I loved everything about this stay. The house was spotless, private, short distance from city and beaches and Chris was an extremely thoughtful host. It had everything we needed. The artwork was 10/10. If you are looking to stay around Charleston this is the place!

The Arthouse is perfect!!

This property is perfect for a week long stay. It is fresh and tastefully decorated. Extra bonus was the personal artwork of the owner adding a nice flare of positive energy to our stay! The property is perfectly located 10-20 minutes from most any sites that Charlestown has to offer.

Great stay with friends before cruising

We stayed with another couple the night before boarding our cruise. It was a great stay! The house was nicely furnished, stocked, and comfortable. It was fun rooming with our friends, rather than needing to get separate hotel rooms! :)

Close to everything!

The house was beautiful and they thought of everything you could possibly need for an awesome stay. It is literally close to everything. Minutes from both highways, downtown Charleston and Magnolia Gardens. The artwork is amazing and after the long days it was it nice to come back to to a peaceful and quiet home.

Our beautiful home is located in a quiet, working class neighborhood. I am a local artist now, and all of the artwork in my home is my own. My artwork is also represented in the Mary Martin Art Gallery in Downtown Charleston.
