Greenlaw Getaway | 3BR | Spend Spring in Flagstaff!

This home is the perfect getaway to the mountains of Flagstaff. It is centrally located in the Greenlaw neighborhood just minutes from downtown. This home was recently updated with central air conditioning to help enhance everyone's stay!

Enjoy the mountain air and peek at Mt Elden from the shared back yard space with fire pit.

This home is perfect for group getaways with multiple bed configurations, a full kitchen and dining area and off street parking for two vehicles.

Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the studio rental in the back of the home.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The area was quite and pretty. The home while nice it was not handicap friendly however I did manage.

Flagstaff is home

I love coming back to my hometown, Flagstaff, but hate hotels. This makes my trip home feel like home. This is the cutest house and it was fully stocked and just wonderful.

Great comfortable space for family

We had a great stay here. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and good location. It was also very clean when we arrived. Check in and check out were very easy. A couple of very minor things- there aren’t dressers in two of the rooms and few hangers.

Great place

Place was just as described. Very clean and the owner was extremely friendly. Plenty of space for privacy and sleeping room. The only complaint would be only one TV in the entire house. Would be nice to have them in the rooms for night time but other than that what a great place.

Perfect Place with LOTS of room!

It was the perfect place with everything we needed - the location was GREAT, it was close to everything we needed. The neighborhood was quite. The home could accommodate a lot of people with space to not feel cramped. Everything that was needed to feel at home was there.

Lots of sleeping space. And to handle a crowd ... Two big bathrooms, dining area and very large, newly renovated kitchen. In a residential area, but close to major roadways.

Our Family Visit

The house covered everything we needed. The grandchildren watched TV when they woke up early and went to the back room to play so the rest of us could sleep later. We visited family and had a great adoption day with the new 8 year old granddaughter. We visited Meteor Crater and saw the Little Mermaid at the show. It was a good base for our family vacation!

Cobwebs all over

As soon as we walked in the front door you could see cobwebs on the front entry, in kitchen from cabnets on the left across to the fridge over to the stove and across the wooden beam on ceiling . We found an old dirty mop in a closet to knock them down, found a couple cockroaches when we got out some cookie sheets went and bought plastic silverwear and paper plates due to the bugs. The walls and baseboards were very dirty, you could see the scuff marks where old furniture rubbed and dammaged the walls.The description said 5 stars cleaning services. No i would give them 1 star. I sent them a text and the response the next day was sorry its not clean enough for you, but how is your stay? Really I have stayed Alot of VRBOs all across the country, this was by far the worst and I will not go back. It was depressing, finally get out for the weekend and the first few hours was spent cleaning before i could even sit down. We wanted to open the windows but the screens are so weathered and had holes also covered in cobwebs. We went to sit outback in the chairs around the firepit, the chairs were ripped to where you couldn't sit on them. For 300 a night you would At Least expect it to be clean!!!!!! So disappointed. Not at all what was described, The town was amazing at least!!!

We're bummed that this guest had a bad experience. We've been using the same cleaning crew for years with over five thousand 5 star reviews across platforms. We will always send the cleaners out if things aren't up to par and we made the same offer to this guest. We meet with our cleaning crew weekly and they are dedicated to do a great job so I'm confident they'll correct any issues and we are always working to get better!

It seems recently renovated inside. The couch is good but it look all. With a new couch, new front door and outside paint, this it will be a completely new house. I am assuming this is the way the owner is going.
