This 3-bedroom pool and spa home sleeps 6 comfortably. It is a beautiful spot to stay and visit the Florida area. It is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach! Only 15 minutes from Holmes Beach (7.5 miles). With its close proximity to great shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores you will have access to all the conveniences you could need in a rental.

GT Brey Park is in West Bradenton off of 51st street west. The home is adjacent to GT Brey Park soccer fields. GT Brey offers an aquatic center to the public equipped with a 4,000 sq. ft. splash pad, 2-foot kiddie pool, and 25 yard pool. The aquatic center also provides lounge areas and shaded picnic area. GT Brey Park also offers a skate park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and playground to the public.
The inside of the home is decorated with a modern, coastal feel to make vacation feel relaxing as it should. When walking in the home you will be greeted with a wonderful living room with sliding glass doors that provides an amazing pool view.
The living room offers a Roku Smart TV for all your entertainment needs. The property offers Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN included. The additional living space is offered beyond the kitchen with a foosball table to provide an additional spot to hang out and a fun touch of entertainment.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and be able to eat in and enjoy the house! For seating, you have a dining room table inside.

The back of the home has a screened-in pool area with a patio dining set. The pool is heated to 83 degrees during warmer months and is completely private (not shared) in fenced area. From Nov. 15th thru Mar. 15th, the pool heat is disabled but can be heated for an additional fee of $100/week or $25/day for stays less than 1 week.

One-Day notification is required in-order to heat the pool. The pool can be heated up to 88° for an additional fee ($100/week or $25/day for shorter stays). Note: The pool water temperature will drop into the mid-70s or lower in late Dec through Feb. which is typically considered too cold to swim in comfortably.

The pool spa is available year -round and can be heated up to 102 degrees. THERE IS NO FEE TO USE THE SPA HEAT YEAR-ROUND.

The pool heater and pool equipment are fenced and not accessible to tenants to ensure the safety of persons and property. The controls to the pool equipment are not accessible and must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company.

The living room entertainment stand provides an array of family games to enjoy some family fun on your vacation. The additional living space provides a foosball table for even more fun!

The property offers a split floor plan with the Master Bedroom on the left side of the house along with two additional bedrooms on the right side of the house. The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms have a queen-size bed and two twin beds. Each closet is equipped with hanging space and shelving. Each room is equipped with a Roku Smart TV for your entertainment. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub.

Take a short walk through the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located just a few miles away from the house as well. Looking for something more adventurous? Head to the Palma Sola Causeway and Kayak through the majestic Mangroves in Palma Sola Bay!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
