As private owners, we can offer our special attention to making your vacation stay both enjoyable and memorable.

Villa 214 offers a fantastic view of the ocean and southern shoreline from it's second floor, ocean front location. The private balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The 'A Place At The Beach IV' Seagull building is right on the beach.

There are no streets to cross or long walks carrying all your beach gear. Just step out of the building and onto a beautiful beach.

Villa 214 has a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area floor plan. It is equipped with three flat screen color cable smart TVs with DVD, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room and outdoor patio furniture. We also have free secure wireless internet!

The bedrooms include a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. In addition, the living room has a fold out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a smooth-surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender and microwave.

The location is fantastic! Our condo is centrally located to all major attractions. It's in the northern end of Myrtle Beach, less than 3 miles south of the Conway 22 East by-pass, so there's little to no bumper to bumper traffic on arrival.

Once you're there, you can enjoy not being directly in the hustle bustle of the beach traffic because it's on a dead-end street right on the ocean! There is a shopping area called the Straw Market within walking distance across the street, complete with sandwich shop, restaurant, shopping and ice cream parlor.

And South Carolina's largest fishing pier is just a short walk up the beach! The Galleria shopping center is a few blocks away. And if you want to see the shows, play miniature golf, or visit the amusement parks, it's all within minutes of you.

Truly, it couldn't be more perfect.

Myrtle Beach getaway

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time! Right on beach, clean, and everything you need! Loved the ice cream shop across the street. The beach wasn’t crowded and very kid friendly environment. We will be back!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was 2nd floor so not too many steps and the interior was clean and very homey feeling. Pam was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. We will definitely be staying here again ASAP!

Location, Location, Location

This property was the perfect location for our family vacation. Pam was fantastic with allowing us early entry on the day of our arrival. The condo was the perfect size for us with a prime location. Right on the beach with a pool on the property as well. We loved the balcony for both morning coffee & an evening beer. We were also close enough to Flip Flops and Ocean Annie's for evening entertainment, as well as just a short drive to the more "downtown" area of Myrtle. We would definitely stay here again!

wonderful vacation spot

This was a wonderful place for my boys and I to spend our vacation. The beach wasn't overly crowded and it was an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The balcony was a perfect place to spend time, with a fantastic view of the beach. The host was quick to answer any questions, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. I'd definitely stay here again!

Location and beach access were perfect! We had a wonderful week stay and the condo worked well for our group. I would say bring extra towels and read the description carefully that the washer and dryer are not in the unit. Otherwise, the location could not have been better and Pam was great to work with and very responsive!

Amazing vacation

This condo was perfect. Check in was super easy. The place was clean when we checked in. We couldn’t figure out Wi-Fi when we first got there and sent the owner a message and she responded right away to help us. Everything worked out perfectly and the family and I had an amazing vacation. Location to the beach was awesome. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

There was no information prior to booking regarding no elevator in the building, and lack of washer machine inside the condo. You need coin to wash clothes. Overall, the room has enough kitchen supplies.

Awesome to stay right on the beach!

What a wonderful vacation to be able to walk right out onto the beach! We really appreciated the owner working with us on a few things since we flew here instead of driving. The sleep sofa needs a new mattress and the kitchen faucet leaks. Other than that, everything was great. Nothing is truly within walking distance as was advertised. We did have to drive to most things, but nothing was that far away.

The location is Everything!

This condo was exactly what we hoped for - immediate access to the beach without crossing any roads, it's RIGHT THERE! Super easy getting the kids and all our beach gear back and forth. Nice pool although it's a bit on the small side. The owners provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which was very helpful, since I brought a tent and it turned out that tents aren't allowed on this beach. Excellent and easy communication with the owners, who are super nice and responsive. The property shows some age and wear, but everything was adequate for our needs, we were there for the beach!

Nice place with great views

With my family flying to Myrtle Pam made sure that we had everything we needed in the place so we didn’t need to pack extra things. I love having a passcode to get in rather than keys. That was a bonus. All in all it was a good trip. Hope to stay there next year as well.

Why they chose this property

Rented here once for a family vacation and fell in love. Couldn't believe it came up for sale and couldn't believe we bought it. Now we want to share this great vacation place with everyone. Location is fantastic between city limits of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Easy access from the highway 22 bypass-miss the bumper to bumper traffic in downtown Myrtle!
