Summary:

Walk to the heart of Egg Harbor, gather on your private patio around the gas fire pit, and end the day in a king or queen bed-just three blocks from the marina and village shops. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is one of two identical units, thoughtfully designed by Johnsen Schmaling Architects with modern comfort and connection in mind.



The Space:

Gather, unwind, and settle into 1,500 sq ft of bright, modern space designed for easy connection.

Start slow in a sunlit kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, then gather around the table for 8 before heading out-or nowhere at all.

In the evenings, slide open the doors to your private patio, grill dinner, and linger by the gas fire pit as the day winds down.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll find two queen bedrooms and a spacious primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath-comfortable, quiet spaces to recharge.

The home sleeps up to 6 in bedrooms (or 8 with the queen sleeper sofa). Fast WiFi keeps things easy, whether you’re streaming your favorites or staying connected, and a private entrance ensures a seamless stay from start to finish.



The Neighborhood:

Egg Harbor is centrally located. The rest of the Door Peninsula is just a short drive away. The Flats on Church Street are within walking distance of downtown Egg Harbor and the many great shops, restaurants and bars it has to offer.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for getting around the many towns of the Door Peninsula. Our central location allows you to walk or bike to downtown Egg Harbor within minutes. The rest of the Peninsula is a short drive away.

Clean and well-stocked

We loved staying here! The pictures are very accurate. The property was clean and felt as though we were the first ones to ever stay there. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and dishes, pots, pans needed to cook and eat-in. We loved the little fire pit outside, and used the grill a couple times.We walked into town and to the marina easily, and also traveled to all the neighboring towns by car. It was nice to come back to such a comfortable condo in Egg Harbor.

We had a wonderful time at The Flats. It was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. An added plus is its location. It's just a few minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed it very much and would rent here again.

If you love modern architecture, this is the place for you! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well appointed for a long or short stay. Great location-Walk to downtown egg harbor/marina. Beautiful, immaculate unit in Egg Harbor

We spent three days in Egg Harbor with our daughters and granddaughter at this property. It was stocked perfectly—the kitchen was delightful to work in and the bathrooms were luxurious. Wonderful Door County Get Away

This property was just as lovely as it looked on the listing. New and roomy. Good quality appliances, and a nice gas grill and modern fire pit on the patio. Egg Harbor is a nice, central location for Door County, and this property was an easy walk to downtown Egg Harbor for groceries, galleries, shopping and restaurants. I would stay again.

Wonderful girls weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend in Egg Harbor and surround Door County! We loved the location being walking distance from shops, restaurants, and the lake! We loved the layout of the condo and the firepit/patio area. The only thing to improve would be the living room furniture as it was not super comfortable for 6 adults to lounge for a movie at the end of the night, but not a deal breaker by any means. Thank you for sharing this space with our group and would love to book your place again in the future!!

Tranquility on Church Street

This property was perfect for our family. It is beautiful with a lovely patio in the back with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well—stocked for preparing a meal. There is a very large table where we were able to play games in the evening. We walked the few blocks to downtown several times to some great restaurants and to watch the sunsets. Rob and Suzie were great—kept in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet place during the busy season in Door County. Very Peaceful!
