Welcome to Grandma's house! Her comfortable home hosts two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a modestly furnished living room, and a well stocked kitchen. The home is located within walking distance of shops, pools, and a social center. The private courtyard sports amazing views of the Santa Rita Mountains.

Green Valley is a 55+ community with plenty of recreational, social and leisure opportunities, including pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and athletic clubs. Green Valley has golf courses, scenic hiking areas and biking trails. Nearby Tucson offers big city amenities and Tubac has many artistic and cultural events. The weather is beautiful and the southwest boasts birds, flora and a variety of wildlife.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room has two single beds, and the living room has a pullout sofa. The home also has a private washer and dryer. A well-behaved, quiet dog is welcome!

Green Valley dictates the rental be for at least 30 days. We will give a discount for those wishing to rent three months or more. Please contact us if you wish to have a longer (six months or more) rental for a larger discount. We hope you enjoy Grandma's house!

Enjoyable Stay

Very spacious. Loved being out on the patio with views of the mountains, and lots of birds singing in the desert. This home was very well stocked. Communication was excellent. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Los Abuelitos townhouse in Green Valley. The owner was very nice to deal with and the home was extremely well provisioned and beautiful and had a wonderful outside patio to enjoy the sunset vistas. The neighborhood was also superb. I would recommend the property to all and would love to stay there again.

It was a great location we would like to rent it again next year.

My daughters stayed there, I was unable to go because of ill husband. They loved it. I want to try it next year and hopefully the weather will be better, they found it cool and rainy and were so hoping for sunshine.

Good location in retirement community

We are an active retired couple who enjoy all the activities & amenities this area offers. The centrally located rental is bright with lots of natural light from windows on an end townhome unit. The patio offers a lovely view of the surrounding mountains & a private natural arroro area in the rear. Our host is very responsive & this place offers everything to meet our needs. Well stocked & comfortable. Meets description. We have requested to rent again in 2026.

Perfection

We always stay at a rental when we go on vacation. This time, we stayed because we moved to Tucson to look for a house and needed a comfortable home base. We couldn't have made a better choice. Yes, the condo isn't the most modern, which concerned me before we arrived. But, who needs bells and whistles, when you have cleanliness, comfort, and convenience? I have never been to a rental as well stocked as this. There was nothing, absolutely nothing, we needed that isn't here. Towels, paper goods, kitchen accessories, I could go on and on. It's more spacious than the square footage would make you believe. The owner is considerate, easy going, very nice, and accommodating. She truly wanted us to be comfortable. The neighborhood has easy access to everything you need. And, more reasonabled priced then other Tucson areas. I guess it's obvious I highly recommend this rental. You'll feel as if you're home.

I have been thinking about what my review of Casa de Abuelitos would be. I have read all the reviews other folks have wrote and wanted mine to be truthful as well. I have to tell you that I agree with every review written. The minute I walked in I LOVED it! It is not updated and the host made sure I understood that. But that didn’t bother me. This townhome is clean, very comfortable, has a well-stocked kitchen, is very spacious, is in a great location, is well supplied, and has a friendly neighborhood (we had happy hour with them a few times!). The host is very responsive, accommodating and super kind. And the view of the mountains from the back patio was spectacular (I have several pics!). I would recommend this townhome for both short- and long-term stays and would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home in a great location

I had a wonderful stay here in Green Valley. The location is perfect, the home is spacious and has everything I needed. I loved sitting out in the quiet patio enjoying the beautiful view.

This has been a great retreat it’s quit and has a large back patio. I didn’t have to buy a thing it’s very well stocked and the property manager couldn’t have been nicer. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Great little house in the valley

Great location, well equipped kitchen, nice back patio and a very comfortable place to stay. Not new and shiny but clean and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic rental!

Property was excellent. Great furnishings and house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great location with a very nice patio with nice views of the Santa Rita's. Our host Marci was excellent to work with and was extremely attentive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this property for short or a long term stay.
