About this property

Studio w/kitchen, Private, Sanitized & Discounts Sleeps 2

Private, Clean and Sanitized. We follow CDC and VRBO cleaning and sanitization protocols. Fully equipped kitchen. Local grocery stores and restaurants deliver! COVID-19 period longer stay discount: 10% weekly; 20% monthly. Flexible Cancellation.

Close to downtown, LG Hospital. Enjoy Lynchburg's prestigious Historic Rivermont Avenue in this loft with high ceilings and bright windows. Have a restful night on the memory foam Zinus Full bed.
The space
House was originally an enormous house that has been restored and creatively turned into 4 apartments (yay to small-space living... or at least while traveling!) Your studio is upstairs and completely private. There is private parking in the back of the building, as well as street parking on both cross streets. Walk around to get in through the front red door, where you will find the keycode lock.

There are well-priced restaurants nearby (some deliver!). However, if you choose to cook, we have provided basic kitchen essentials, coffee, and snacks :-) The bathroom is stocked with essentials as well as extra linens and pillows.

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer on the main level that takes $1 each in quarters. We will leave some quarters and laundry detergent for you.

Everything you Need, Nothing you don’t.

Super clean efficiency with just the basics. Tidy, clean, stocked kitchen and linens and everything you need for the inexpensive, short-term crash pad. Great communication and checkin was a breeze. Will definitely book again when we return to Liberty University.

This place was perfect for a family of three visiting family for the weekend. Perfect location. Clean. Just about any accommodations you could think of. Only 10-15 minutes away from anything and everything. Will definitely return.

Simple, clean, convenient location

The space was clean, check-in was easy enough, and communication with the property manager was excellent. My only pet peeves were that one of the knobs on the gas stovetop was missing so I couldn't utilize the big burner and in one corner of the room the ceiling looked to have cracks and slight sagging. Overall, however, this space was just what I needed and I would use it again.
