some beautiful weather, desert in bloom; immaculate, quiet, first floor condo, no stairs. 1 bd 1ba with covered patio facing greenbelt and tennis courts. 2 white wooden rocking chairs and table for 2 for lunch (ceiling fan) or wine-time sunset watching. Light-filled living room with ceiling fan, cable high-def tv (4K in living room), comfortable seating with sofa and 2 recliners, 2 sliders on either side of fireplace (electric) to covered patio. Adjoining dining area for 4 with large window overlooking greenbelt. Small well-equiped u-shaped kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, disposal, dishwasher, pots/pans, utensils, ceiling fan with light. Large master bedroom with Sleep Number king bed, large closet, ceiling fan, high-def tv, slider to same patio. Bathroom ensuite with double sink vanity, granite counter, glass enclosed step-in tile rain-shower, safety grab bar. Full-size stacked washer/dryer in bathroom closet. Heated pool (8 pools in village) just steps from unit, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. Premium internet/cable access, all utilities inc. Covered assigned parking at front door. Small dogs (under 20 lbs per HOA) welcome (check w/owner first). Less than one mile to grocery, restaurants, stores, hospital, freeway entrance.
