Warm and wonderful welcome to Anchorage! After a late night arrival, the space was quiet, clean and spacious for the two of us. Fabulous location and can walk Downtown in less than 20 minutes along safe sidewalk. Super comfortable bed, one queen. Great shower and lots of spare condiments in kitchen. Overall excellent for reasonable.price.

Had a great stay here! The studio was clean, quiet, and welcoming, and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It was also very close to downtown Anchorage and was an excellent alternative to a pricey hotel room. The washer and dryer in the unit were an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Sandra’s studio apartment was exactly what we were looking for for our two-night stay in Anchorage. Great location, relaxed feeling in a nice neighborhood, and close to downtown (you save on Ubers). MUCH better value than a downtown hotel. Also, Sandra gave a perfect recommendation for a nice dinner out at a fantastic local spot. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay

This was a perfect place for me to stay. The apt looked just like the pictures. It was clean. It had everything I needed except for a small bar of soap. In addition to a generous supply of coffee and tea there were lots of condiments and such. It was a very short drive to downtown. It was also a very short walk to a small park overlooking the water where they say you can see Mt Denali on a clear day. I would stay again especially for the excellent price.
