Great property and location

Being right across the street from a private beach access with a pavilion was key. The host was very responsive…we’ll be back!

Great stay at frose rose.

The house was perfect for the two of us. Quaint and comfy. So close to the beach and restaurants. And the incredible spa. A vacation to remember for sure. Thank you.

Place was super cute and clean. Very spotty Internet service, so couldn’t access online code to lockbox after hours (need write down in advance).Went during Fall Break and it was very crowded with unsupervised teens- fireworks set off at night. Walking distance to nice shops, great seaside restaurants, and coffee was nice.

Sandpiper Management was easy to work with. Our stay was the entire month of February 2026. We had to put up with some construction on surrounding cottages but that is unavoidable during the winter months. Only downfall is parking could be an issue if all cottages were rented at the same time. It is located on an alley, not a street.

The house is cute and in a great location. Our only problem was the heating and cooling system! The upstairs was so hot that my parents could sleep up there and the downstairs was so cold that we had to sleep in extra clothes one night.

Perfect location

My family of 5 stayed here for a few days in the spring. The cottage is beautiful and in a perfect location. Super close to the town and across the the beach access. The two bedrooms are very comfortable. The pull out sofa was great. It would be better is there were curtains in the living room. Overall, a perfect spot! Would definitely come back

Great Seaside Cottage - BAD parking

The beach cottage was great. Nice space, clean, and very close to the beach. My main concern is that the parking is nearly unusable. Something has to be done to improve this by working on the landscaping.

Thank you for your review! This cottage is located on the most private, secluded street in Seaside on Rosewalk. One car is able to park directly next to the home, but the 2 included parking passes allow you to park anywhere in Seaside as long as you aren't blocking someone's private driveway. This may be an easier option next time. We appreciate the feedback but love the privacy of the location, even with the small parking challenges.

Love love this Home and Sandpiper. They took the worry of travels away. Their texts and emails kept me on track to the very end. I’m already planning next year with Sandpiper!!! No more Cottage rental for me and my family! Home was perfect, clean, stocked with everything but your groceries. Bess Cotten from Texas!
