Very Comfortable Clean home

My son rented the house for Spring Training and found the house to be very clean and comfortable. Everything he needed was in the house. Ability to park his car in garage was great. Spring Training was delayed and John (owner) was very accommodating with change of dates. My husband and I were in town and stayed a couple of nights in the house and found it very comfortable and quiet. There was a park about a block away. Publix right up the road. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the place to others. Thanks John for all your help!

Swanky Gem!!!

Where do I start with this beautiful property???!! Our family had the best time at this lovely home. 1st of all: First impressions are everything! Our host was so gracious and generous, very attentive and responsive!!! We had our own door code and access to the garage to which they provided a door opener for use during our stay. From the moment we walked in, I was in awe of the beautiful interior decor that adorned this home! You could tell it was carefully handpicked and considered for the space. The property was extremely clean with the most comfortable beds I've slept on/in besides my own. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need. I found no need for some of the utensils that I had carried to use while I was there. We even had access to insulated water bottles that we could use while we were out and about, a full bar set-up with shakers electric wine opener, and every type of cocktail glass you could imagine!! I mean... the swanky contemporary feel of this home was well beyond my expectations. Everything is as pictured. Our host provided many additional amenities that weren't specified on our contract which made our stay seamless! (I won't mention them here, since I'm well aware they were all a privilege). Many essentials are provided such as: Hotel style towels, toiletries, beach towels, freshly cleaned hotel style sheets and bedding, iron, clean and clear closet space with hangers etc. and much more. The washer/dryer was an extra bonus! I traveled back with clean clothes! Our master shower was spacious and had two shower heads that accommodates two at the same time! Honestly, I would visit again (WITHOUT THE KIDS) just for this part. LOL! The location is convenient as we got to most parts of the city center and the outskirts within 15-30 mins. Local shops & pharmacies are only about a minute drive. We had a chance to visit Historic Ybor city and the downtown area without any hassle. On our second day, we found out that there was a local beach only about 11 minutes away which we were able to visit one evening but didn't mind the scenic drive to Clearwater Beach which was well worth the drive. On one of the nights we decided to light the firepit and enjoyed the river scene. My biggest suggestion overall would be to add a screened in porch because the outdoor space has so much potential for a perfect outdoor space. I could go on and on about this property but I bet you get the picture! Go ahead..book it! You won't be disappointed!!
