ABOUT THE AREA
Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The location was so wonderful—we walked to everything. The beds were comfortable and it was well equipped. The kitchen is spacious and the living space has a wonderful view of the mountain. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The Western Hotel next door is fantastic too. The food there was amazing.

Perfect mountain retreat

My wife and I enjoyed our week stay in Ouray and the surrounding area and this Vrbo was excellent! Walk to everything in town! We rented a jeep from the folks next door - they were great. Lots of good hiking in the area. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

5 Stars!!! We loved our 2 nights at this location. It was exactly as described and a very nice property. The beds were very comfortable and they are generous with towels. It is central to the downtown and we walked to eat several times. You can also walk to the Ouray Perimeter trailhead if you are interested in hiking. This was our second time to stay in this condo, and our 8th trip to Ouray. It’s one of our favorite places to visit, and this condo is the perfect location. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need. It’s very walkable for the main road shops and restaurants and very close to the hot springs. The building has a very slow elevator, but it’s a nice perk to have one! Can’t wait to stay there again.
