Our stay at this property was truly spectacular. Vivian and her team provided exceptional hospitality and were incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The home was impeccably clean and offered a generous amount of space for our large group. The property's location was very convenient, being close to SCH and local grocery stores. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! This was one of the best-equipped vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. The hosts truly thought of everything—from an amazing coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods to a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and appliance you could possibly need.The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the outdoor patio was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day.The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless.If you're looking for a place that feels like home but with all the extras, this is it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. I have rented a bunch of VRBOs and this is the most well appointed house I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is better appointed than my own. And we are foodies! We canceled one night’s dinner reservation to cook on the grill and enjoy the beautiful garden backyard with our family. It was the perfect space to fit our family of eight. And we truly enjoyed the foosball table!!There is a park two blocks away, a wonderful community market also within walking distance. I hope to stay again. I just can’t say enough about how amazing this place is.

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed property.

Great property... bright, clean, comfortable. Nice indoor/outdoor spaces. Well appointed kitchen. Nicer finishes and amenities throughout. We had a really nice stay.

Family trip success

Rented this property to bring family together and was not disappointed! Beautiful property, central located and super kid friendly. The grand kids were excited and pleased with the toys and books and the adults loved the amenities! I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Modern Seattle stay, with everything you need!

The home had everything we needed and was extremely clean and tidy! The home and backyard are beautiful and a perfect place to host a a group of people. The host was responsive and accommodating and made sure to be available for any questions that would come up. Overall it was a perfect stay and we had 0 complaints!

Fantastic Home with Peaceful Setting

We rented this house for major surgery at UW Heart Center. The house was conveniently located to the hospital, and is great and stocked with everything a house needs. The beds were comfortable and the host was amazing, helpful and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property! Daniel

Fantastic Home

What a wonderful home! The house has a great layout and is stocked with just about everything you would need/want for a great get away. The children's books and toys were a great way to keep our 3 year old grandson entertained. The house was beyond our best expectations and would absolutely look to stay at this great home again.

Thanks for an amazing stay at the View Ridge house! We enjoyed daily walks in the beautiful neighborhood and the yard was an unexpected bonus! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Modern with great amenities and a kitchen that had everything we could ever need. I hope to stay again and would highly recommend your home. It greatly exceeded all of our expectations.

Beautiful home

Everything about our stay was excellent. The home was in a great location, very clean with a well- stocked kitchen. One day the ice maker wasn’t making ice and the owner dropped off 2 bags of ice and explained how to reset the ice maker. Very accommodating!

Superb modern home close to everything

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful home. House and gardens are meticulously clean and very well equipped, with outdoor furniture, a large outdoor table and barbecue, a deck, huge kitchen with every amenity, and super-clean, modern, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. A real gem. A short walk to PCC Market and a park with playground equipment and a tennis court.

Family Time

This immaculate home was perfect for our family gathering, the first meeting of new babies (3 and 4 mos.), their parents and grandparents! Perfect home away from home!

The house was spotless clean & very well stocked with any kitchen appliance & tools you can think of & quality shampoo, soap, etc. After going out for the day we looked forward to coming “home”. Very nice & quiet neighborhood & we took the owner’s suggestions of shopping at M market & eating at Fremont Bowls & Din Tai Fung. Staying at this house made all the difference in our vacation!

Our stay was superb! The house was impeccable and appointed with anything anyone could need. Freshly remodeled with state of the art fixtures, spotless clean, beautiful yard, a real gem.
