Park View is a second floor apartment with private entry and antique spiral staircase in a charming Greek Revival building, located in downtown Ellsworth, ME. Across the street is the Donald Little Park. An excellent place to relax and enjoy a meal at one of the picnic tables or read a book in an Adirondack chair while admiring the flowers.
Park View is a short walk to local restaurants and shops in the down town area, gyms, YMCA, public library, The Grand theatre, Ellsworth Harbor Park, Indian Point trail, and rail trails. The building and apartment have undergone recent renovations with a comfortable short term rental in mind. It includes a bright and airy living room, sunny charming bedroom with queen bed, small bathroom with small shower, and a little kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. Laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and a few other basic needs will be provided for as well. Biweekly housekeeping is included for stays 14-28 days.
