Gorgeous 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation home with private pool and very close to the club house. This luxurious vacation home comes fully furnished with a beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, tile throughout the main living area and all bathrooms, upgraded lighting fixtures in the kitchen and dining room area, beautiful screened pool area with paver deck and covered lanai. Amenities include: 8000 square foot resort style clubhouse, resort style heated pool and spa, wireless internet on the pool deck, lazy river, state of the art fitness center, poolside cabana's, on site store, playground, volleyball, tennis, basketball, game room, restaurant, bar, relaxing lounge area with indoor/outdoor fireplace, TVs and much more. This community is located minutes from Walt Disney World, golf courses, shopping, grocery stores, the airport and all major attractions.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed

Wonderful Time

I enjoyed my stay, and the Host responded quickly to my request, even though nothing could be done to assist. The only complaint that we had was the upstairs bedrooms were warm at night, and appeared the A/C would shut off and stay off. However, the lower level of the house stayed cool. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location and the house. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely reserve again.

Overall a great place to stay

The house is nice with a great location however making reservations should have been less complicated with a timely correspondence Also the cleaning process prior to new renters requires better attention Overall I would recommend this as a good place to stay

The house was sufficient for my family. The furniture could stand to be replaced especially the bar stools in the kitchen. I reported Two of the tvs did not work and maintenance never came to fix them. Overall, our stay was good. Have rented from your company before and will again.

Had a Great Stay

We found this house very last minute and i’m glad we did. I saw some of the reviews regarding communication problems with the manager so I was a bit worried but I ended up having no issues. They replied to all of my messages pretty quickly and check in was a super easy process. Plus the community has a nice pool with a small water play area for kids. Very very nice and enjoyable! It fit 10 of us perfectly with a lot of left over space.
