Every convenience to make your stay memorable. Relax in the "cool breeze" in our rocking chairs under our protected area.

Beautiful, clean home in nice community! Host was very helpful and accommodating. Home generously stocked with everything you would need to make the best vacation for you and your family, including your four legged ones. My dogs loved the home and golf cart rented at the village.

Such a great family property. Straight across to basketball courts, dog park, ice cream truck and playground. Short ride to private beach access and to two very nice outdoor pools and hot tub. Less than 1.5 miles to both Surfside and Garden City peirs. Host was amazing and available! Awesome time for my crew of 4!

The house is beautiful and so well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want in the kitchen. The owners also supply bedding, towels , beach towels even beach chairs for you! The houses location is great! Very close to the pool, across the street from the park and other amenities. Perfect vacation spot for us. You will not find better host to rent from. Don’t hesitate!

The house was lovely and Gail was amazing!!!

Gail was definitely the sweetest and most helpful person to rent from for the week. If I had any questions she was more than happy to help. The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. I highly recommend this rental for vacation!!!

Cool Breeze

Our trip at Katrina’s home was absolutely perfect. Beautiful and spotless clean home! Communication with Katrina and Gail was also such an added bonus. We could not have asked for better and will definitely be visiting again! If this house is available, do not hesitate to book!!

Wonderful beach getaway!

We absolutely loved this home and location for our family and dog. The house had all we needed and more! This neighborhood was a great fit for our dog. She had plenty of room to be outside and enjoy her surroundings, with the field and dog park across the street. Everything worked perfectly in the house! We LOVED the downstairs outdoor area. It was so nice to have amenities already there for our use, like linens, towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

Oceanside Stay

Hi, This cottage is perfect for so many reasons. Location and amenities are outstanding. The Cottage is very well equipped and the hosts are the best. No problems and this place was perfect for our dogs having the park and Dog park off lease across the street. The view of the park from the cottage was awesome. We would recommend and come back to visit.
