Sleeps 6 with large open living space, dining table, and fully stocked kitchen. WI-FI and Smart TV's provided. Linens and bath towels provided. Home also comes with outdoor shower and washer/dryer. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys included. Oceanside Village amenities include kid's pool with water park, outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, and private oceanfront golf cart parking next to Conch Cafe. No Loud Music that disturbs neighbors. OSV Quiet Hours start at 10PM. Golf Carts csn not be operated after 11PM.

Please wash off sand from persons and clothing in the outdoor shower. Sand will clog the drains in the indoor shower.

We can’t thank Brian enough for allowing us to stay at his property. The house was big enough for me and my husband, my parents and almost 2 year old daughter and our dog. House is very conveniently located and a golf cart being included was very much appreciated as it was our main source of transportation during our stay. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed during our stay so the outdoor pool was a little more crowded than I’d like but not the hosts fault. Overall would stay again!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Lovely pet-friendly property in Oceanside Village. Owner was wonderful to work with and a great communicator. Golf cart included was a plus along with the fabulous amenities in Oceanside Village (including oceanfront parking). Would stay here again!!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. One of the things we loved most was the easy access to both the community pools and the beach. It made everything really convenient for our family and gave us plenty to do without having to go far.The evening golf cart rides around the community ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. It had a really relaxing, family-friendly feel that we all enjoyed.The house worked great for our family as well. We comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 kids with everyone having their own space across the three bedrooms, which made the stay much more enjoyable.We also want to mention that communication with Brian was outstanding. He was quick to respond, very helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish.Overall, we had a really good experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Near the ocean with dogs

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at Brian’s place. It is a short drive on the included golf cart to oceanfront parking and the beach, and our three small dogs felt right at home.
