💡 Other things to note 🐾 Our Dog-Friendly Approach We happily welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs over 1 year old to join you. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and protect the cabin, please message us with your dog’s age and breed upon booking so we can confirm suitability. A $100 per stay pet fee applies (unless otherwise noted) to help cover additional cleaning. Our official limit is 2 dogs, but let us know if you are bringing 3. We appreciate you ensuring your furry friend treats the cabin gently, as guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear. Please use the designated outdoor pet area and help keep the space clean by picking up after your dog. Waste stations may be provided for your convenience. A friendly note for guests with allergies: This is a dog-welcoming home. While we thoroughly clean after every stay, this may not be the most comfortable environment if you have severe dog allergies.
📝 Helpful Cabin Information ✔ We welcome guests 21 years of age and older to book and be the primary renter. ✔ To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please make sure your guest count matches your reservation. Unregistered guests may incur an additional fee ($25 per person per night) or require adjustments to the stay. ✔ To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM. ✔ Help us keep the wildlife wild and safe! Please store all food indoors and secure trash only within the provided bear-proof bins. Leaving food or trash outside can attract bears and other curious critters. ✔ For safety reasons, do not feed or approach any wildlife. Feeding bears, in particular, puts them and humans at risk and can have serious consequences for the bears. ✔ Enjoy the cozy ambiance of the electric fireplace during the cooler months (operational October 1st through March 31st). ✔ Fireplaces are shut down from April 1 – September 30. ✔ For your safety and per local regulations, open flames (including candles and unauthorized outdoor fires) are not permitted. Unauthorized fires will result in a $250 fee plus damages. ✔ The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol and pregnancy-related use are prohibited. Use the hot tub at your own risk. ✔ Towels, linens, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided for your convenience. ✔ While we stock the basics, please remember to bring your favorite coffee, K-cups, condiments, dish sponges and food storage items like zip locks to make your stay perfect. ✔ We trust you’ll treat our cabin with care, just as you would your own home. Please note that guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
✔ Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a fee depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.

The cabin was great! It was just perfect for the two of us and our little dog! It was very clean and we had no issues. The location was perfect for getting into town day or night!
We stayed here in October during the fall colors, they were amazing. We travel with our 2 dogs and this space was very accommodating. A cute cabin in the woods with everything you need for your stay. It was close to town and to Cades Cove. Easy access to Gatlinburg if you choose the busyness of the town. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of hiking. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.
We had a wonderful time at this property. The cabin was exactly as advertised and a great quiet setting with access to the Smokys in a great small town.
We enjoyed our stay! Great location! Cabin layout was perfect and enjoyable.

Thank you so much for staying in our cabin, Beth! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the location and cabin layout were perfect for you. We hope to welcome you back soon for another great experience!
We LOVED staying in Townsend! The restaurants were phenomenal and we loved being on the more peaceful side of town. The cabin was super clean and the host was great with communication. Highly recommend!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. There were other cabins nearby, but it felt private. Convenient location to Townsend and Cades Cove. Comfortable front porch with rocking chairs. We did not use the hot tub. Nice laundry facility within a short walking distance, but we did not use the machines. Bed was very comfortable.
The cabin was appropriately prepared. Love the electric fireplace though there is something to be said about the smell of real wood burning. Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. Hot tub was heated when we arrived. Video games were great, reminding me why I spent so many quarters on them when I was young. Wasn’t happy about stairs to loft, very steep and narrow. Two suggestions: 1) Get a new couch that is larger along with adding a chair. There is enough room. 2) Add a fire pit to front yard. It will fit.
We made a last minute trip to Townsend to get away. Great location, clean and well stocked cabin. Exactly what we needed. Love that we could bring our little dog.
Wonderful property!! Very comfy bed. We really enjoyed our time here. Very clean and comfortable.
