Neighborhood has a beautiful social area to use that includes a pool (pool closed for season), firepit (be sure to pick up some wood), dining area & outdoor fireplace the social spot overlooks the Smoky Mountains...you might get lucky and see some bears too!

I loved that it was tucked away from all of the busyness of town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The books and games were a nice touch. It was close to many attractions, and it exceeded my expectations.

The condo was in a safe gated complex in beautiful Townsend. It was so cute and cozy and clean. We ran the Smoky Mountains half marathon, saw the Titanic museum, shopped in Pigeon Forge, and toured the Tuckaleechee Caverns. So many fun things to do so close by!

Wonderful getaway

If I could rate this property a 12 I would! Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. So homey with beautiful decor and all the added extras. Peaceful, quiet, gated. Unfortunately our reason for visiting Townsend was to see Cades Cove. But the government shutdown closed the park. We did find other interesting things to do though.

Great Location

Great location with plenty of things to do. We could walk or ride our bikes to get coffee, wine and/or food. Well, the walk can be a bit but I love to walk!

Super Cute and Accessible

We had a wonderful time here. Very cute interior with everything you could think of in the kitchen! One of my sons was particularly obsessed with the popsickle molds and made about 20 in the few days we stayed. Very clean and well organized. This condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and stores in Townsend. We love this area and would definitely book with Jeanine and Rick again.

Our Smokey Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and helped us feel relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. There was everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to feel right at home after a day of exploring the mountains.

Perfect family time

Property was immaculate and well stocked. Location is great if you’re looking for a peaceful vacation! We had a lot of rain the week we were there which put a damper on our outdoor activities but otherwise it was perfect.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at your home. It was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. It was quiet and had adequate parking. The location, being in Townsend, was great for access to The Smoky Mountain National Park. And there are some nice restaurants right in town.

EZ Booking. Very nice 2 King condo for 4 Seniors. Comfy beds. Really nicely decorated. Gated community off main highway in Townsend. No hustle/ bustle like in Pigeon Forge. Will be checking calendar for October return trip. Thank you Miss Jeanine.

Cozy little condo

Clean, secluded, safe area, gated community. Great hospitality from owners. Great town with lots of places to eat. Quiet side of the Smokey Mts. High recommended. Stayed twice in this condo and will be soon booking for a 3rd trip.

Our second stay was even lovlier!

This is our second stay and we were not disappointed. Jeanine and Ric are superb hosts and make sure you are comfortable. This, the location of the condo, the cleanliness, and the quality of furnishings make it a perfect home base for your mountain activities stay. The attention to detail with fall decor and thoughtfullness to give local pointers just set it over the top. We are grateful for such a great option when visiting the area.

Last Minute Getaway

A trip to Europe was unexpectedly cancelled, so made plans to relax and refresh in the Tennessee mountains. Enjoyed hiking in the Great Smokey Mountain’s. The condo was cozy and spacious, would recommend!!

Perfection!

This condo was a perfect base for our trip to the Smoky Mountains. After being in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it was nice to go back to this quiet retreat. Everything we needed was provided, and it was conveniently located for visiting the park or other towns. We would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to others.
