Can’t beat the location

This property was great for our USNA reunion. The location to both the academy and downtown is great! The property management team was attentive and responsive. The only issue was the parking, but given the location I think that’s expected. All in all it was a great place and we will try and stay again for our next trip to Annapolis!

Perfect location

Steps from the US Naval Academy main gate. Two minute walk to downtown Annapolis! Great home with everything you need! Two outdoor areas to relax. The upper deck has a terrific view of the USNA Chapel dome!

Perfect Home; Perfect Location

Gorgeous, upscale historic home across the street from USNA could not be more comfortable and convenient. Luxurious amenities throughout and everything you need for preparing meals. Nothing has been overlooked in assuring that your time at this property is perfect. Communication with the owner was so helpful prior to arrival and throughout the trip! I can’t wait to come back!

Great pick

Would highly recommend this property. It is perfectly located within walking distance to all the sites, restaurants & shopping. We didn’t need to drive anywhere, which was a real plus during boat show weekend & the large crowds it brought in. Kathleen was an excellent host. The property was beautifully decorated & just as it appeared on the app.

The perfect Annapolis address

Not sure there is a better location or property in all of Annapolis. We’ve stayed at 6 properties across the city and this one is by far the best. Perfectly maintained and close to everything you want to down. Owners are fantastic and we can’t wait to book again. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.

Perfect Place

This lovely historic house is directly across from the Naval Academy while the shops and restaurants of Annapolis start a mere block away. The location couldn't be better or more convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the home, including comfy bedrooms, third floor great room, excellently appointed kitchen and top deck views. No car was needed. The host is very responsive and helpful. We look forward to calling this home again in the future.

Absolutely Fantastic Place

Communicating with Kathleen prior to our stay was easy and she was extremely helpful. The location could not be better. My husband, another couple and I attended the Annapolis boat show. We were a block from one of the show’s entrances off the main square. We were able to easily walk downtown in the morning for coffees and we walked to dinner every night. During the boat show parking was difficult that Kathleen worked with us and our friends to make it easy. The home itself was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms were large and bright and both had their own bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we spent a lot of time outside on the private back terrace. The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. We hope to go back next year and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Kathleen!

Perfect for I-Day

The Gate House is the perfect location for events at USNA such as I-Day. Not only is the location great so is this house. It is very well appointed, spotlessly clean, and exceeded my expectations. We hope to stay again during our many future visits to Annapolis. The host Kathleen is very responsive and answered any question I had immediately.

Close to everything, very clean and well decorated

The location of this house is great and you can walk anywhere easily. It was exceptionally clean and well decorated. All of the bedding was high quality and comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the owner was very helpful and responsive.
