Summary:
Newly remodeled and fully furnished two bedroom one bathroom home located a few blocks from Crystal Beach. Enjoy sunsets with a walk to the Pier or take advantage of the Pinellas Trail right down the street. Central to everything you may need, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, Tampa International Airport, Tarpon Spring Sponge Docks and many more!

7 Miles from Downtown Dunedin
7.5 Miles from Honeymoon Island State Park
13 Miles from Clearwater Beach
22 Miles from Tampa International Airport

The Space:
This is a newly renovated two bedroom one bathroom home. Both bedrooms have queen beds and a pullout sofa bed located in the living room. Guests have access to the entire home except for the storage room in the Carport. Enough parking for 3 vehicle with one space that is covered. All surfaces cleaned and sanitized before each stay.


Guest Access:
There is a lockbox that will be located outside for self check-in and out. I will send you the code the day of arrival. Lawn maintenance is scheduled every other Tuesday.

Check-in time: 4pm
Check-out time: 11am

The Neighborhood:
Crystal Beach is a small golf cart community on the Gulf. Catch the sunsets down by the fishing pier or grab some ice cream at Dairy Rich down the street.

Getting Around:
The Pinellas Trail is about 2 blocks from your front door which spans over 50 miles from North to Tarpon Springs down to St. Petersburg. There is Wallsprings Park which is about 1 mile north once you enter the trail which has nature trails and a sightseeing tower. If you head South, you will come across some of the bars and restaurants of downtown Palm Harbor. Further south you will run right through the heart of downtown Dunedin which always has something fun to offer!

Other Things to Note:
**The lawn maintenance is scheduled every other Week**

There are many local restaurants and bars that are close by as well as grocery stores, golf courses, fishing piers, beaches, shopping malls and many more.

Interaction with Guests:
I like to give guests space so I will not be meeting in person for check-in or check-out, there is a lock box provided. I will be available by phone if anything is needed during your stay.

Kim's house was great. She communicated well regarding check-in and check-out. The fence backyard was excellent for our pup. Bonus was the Dairy Rich ice cream shop 1 blk from the house. We really enjoyed the sunsets at Crystal Beach and walking out dog on the Pinellas Trail.

My daughter, grandchildren and I stayed for three nights at this nice house while visiting my sister who lives in Tarpon Springs. Check- in was easy with great communication from the owner.We had a wonderful time there. House is in a great area with restaurants and shopping close by. If you're looking to relax, this is the place. Quiet, peaceful, and best of all, close to everything! The only downside is the kitchen lacks utensils. Kim is an excellent host; I highly recommend this place.

Kim provided a great place for our short stay. It is a comfortable and clean space. Nice closed in back yard with a great view and privacy. Everything was in working order. Really appreciated the carport since it tained hard one of the days we were there and were able to stay dry from car to home. One heads up if you are going to plan on doing any cooking, the pots and pans are limited. I sm a seasoned traveler so I know to bring my favorite pan and knife. Thank you again Kim for a relaxing weekend at your get away!

I have to be honest the street looked a little iffy at first. But you have to remember you in the country side. The home was amazing and clean. The host definitely had things a you need and more. she had everything there. It’s located in a great location close to amazing places to visit. Communication with the host was amazing. Perfect Location

Nice, clean house located on a very quiet street. Well stocked with everything we needed. Pinellas trail is at one end of the street and an ice cream shop is at the other end. Very close to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater. Crystal Beach is within walking distance. Kim was great to deal with and responded very quickly when needed for minor issue.

What a beautiful little property! Our kid loved being able to walk down to the ice cream shop and the publix up the street was a lifesaver! We stayed for about a week to visit with family and this was the perfect spot! The walk down to the beach was beautiful, though it is still recovering from the storms (as is most of florida) so we enjoyed just looking out at the water. All of the neighbors were quiet and friendly and we felt very safe. The home itself was perfect for our stay - 2 beds, 1 bath and a great sized kitchen. Sometimes kids have a hard time traveling but mine was sad to leave! My kid loved the house and all the amenities around it (truthfully it might have been the ice cream)... The next time we stay, I hope we can come back because this really was perfect! I wish I took more photos but it was fabulous!

Home away from home

This is such a cute little place to stay. Its in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle amlnd bustle of a big city. There is a small park that overlooks the water a few minutes away, and all of the people that live around there gather every night to watch the sunset. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The location is not too far from Tampa or Clearwater beach. It has pretry much everything you will need like sunscreen, beach chairs, a grill. There are even books and board games. It really feels like home. It is close to a Publix and Walmart, and restaurants, including a little ice cream shop right down the road. The owner was very nice and answered back quickly. My family would definitely stay again should we visit the area!

February Visit

This is a nice, clean home in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet, however there is a lot of traffic and street noise since the street is one of only two leading into the connecting neighborhoods. The kitchen cooking supplies were adequate, but pretty minimal. It was a plus having the paper products, shower toiletries, beach towels, and beach chairs. The living room furniture, unfortunately, is not very comfortable, and be aware that the VRBO posting needs to be updated and there is NOT a dishwasher, blender, coffee grinder, hot tub/spa, or heat.
