Summary:
Newly remodeled and fully furnished two bedroom one bathroom home located a few blocks from Crystal Beach. Enjoy sunsets with a walk to the Pier or take advantage of the Pinellas Trail right down the street. Central to everything you may need, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, Tampa International Airport, Tarpon Spring Sponge Docks and many more!

The Space:
This is a newly renovated two bedroom one bathroom home. Both bedrooms have queen beds and a pullout sofa bed located in the living room. Guests have access to the entire home except for the storage room in the Carport. Enough parking for 3 vehicle with one space that is covered. All surfaces cleaned and sanitized before each stay.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox that will be located outside for self check-in and out. I will send you the code the day of arrival. Lawn maintenance is scheduled every other Tuesday around 12pm.

The Neighborhood:
Crystal Beach is a small golf cart community on the Gulf. Catch the sunsets down by the fishing pier or grab some ice cream at Dairy Rich down the street.

Getting Around:
The Pinellas Trail is about 2 blocks from your front door which spans over 50 miles from North to Tarpon Springs down to St. Petersburg. There is Wallsprings Park which is about 1 mile north once you enter the trail which has nature trails and a sightseeing tower. If you head South, you will come across some of the bars and restaurants of downtown Palm Harbor. Further south you will run right through the heart of downtown Dunedin which always has something fun to offer!

Other Things to Note:
**The lawn maintenance is scheduled every other Tuesday**

There are many local restaurants and bars that are close by as well as grocery stores, golf courses, fishing piers, beaches, shopping malls and many more.

Crystal Beach Gem

Lovely property - very clean and spacious. Just as pictured in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extra bathroom supplies. Easy walk to the Pinellas Trail and Crystal Beach pier. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect & peaceful

The property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook with. Close to Honeymoon Island 🌊. Convenient to great restaurant's, Publix groceries, CVS, as well as other shopping. This was our second stay at this location. Communication was great with host. Can't wait to our next vusit

Comfortable &Charming

I loved this property. Everything I needed for a home away from home. Beds were very comfortable. The sheets were soft. Communicating with host was a pleasure 🌻 My favorite beach Honeymoon Island is just 15 minutes down the road. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. The photos were exactly right on. I'm headed back on Monday for another stay!

Sunny Palm Harbor

Lovely , bright and clean home. Close to things we love to do. Owner was very helpful. Anddddd an ice cream and burger place about 6 houses away!!!
