The house was perfect for our small family of three and small dog. It is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Check in was easy and the host is very accommodating.

The house was what was described. The pool was nice and yard was perfect for a little dog. Though the house was clean, my only slight reservation was that house smells of smoke.

Great location & a great host

House was exactly like the pictures. Pool area is beautifully landscaped and provided a great area to eat, visit & relax. Great location for us with family in Dunedin. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Sanctuary

This home provided a wonderful respite for my family after hurricane Helene. Great location, and an accommodating host. Lovely yard and pool setting are a big plus and add a lot to this comfortable home.

Lovely place

Loved the location and neighborhood. The pool was great! My family really enjoyed it. So close to many beaches. Would definitely stay at this home again.

After checking out I talked with the owner regarding the issues we had. Some were temporarily beyond his control and the others are being addressed. His concern for the quality of our stay was genuine. House has real 70's charm. A/C worked great. Pool lanai area is super relaxing. Very convenient to Honeymoon and Dunedin. Not needing to run out and buy paper towels, TP, etc. was a nice touch.

Nice home in wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay especially the garden, porch and pool area. Super location for many activities - parks, beach, nearby towns, restaurants- and walks in the neighborhood. Jeffrey is very prompt in communications. Glad we had the opportunity to stay in the area.

Palm Harbor Stay

Our stay at Jeffrey's place was great and he was very responsive. Great location! There are a lot of things to do in the area....great beaches, restaurants and bars, parks, and the Pinellas Trail! We love walking the beach on the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island, and haging out in Downtown Dunedin too!

Beautiful landscaping and location

Enough towels and sheets for everyone, plenty of staples to get started (TP, soap, seasoning, trash bags, etc). Lovely neighborhood for morning walks and a short drive to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Do NOT stay here! We had a miserable time. The exterior was in total disrepair dying plants, leaves covering the stairs to the entrance therefore they were tracked into the house. The house itself was ok would we stay here again NO! Old towels and facecloths, the garage was unsanitary ( should have called board of health) two barrels filled with disgusting, decaying trash( smelled like a dead body.) The back exterior of the house had multiple dying plants. We noticed a tile missing from the pool emailed host no reply. The second day my husband found ANOTHER tile at the bottom of the pool. Host was incredulous regarding the second tile, but went on to say the pool was being repaired in July. I repeatedly questioned him regarding noise level since it was the 4th of July weekend. Several times he reassured me there would be “ some noise,” but not to worry there are TWO sheriffs living on the street. July 3rd the next street over the people were setting off MORTARS ( against the law in Florida.) My 2 year old Malinois had a full blown panic attack. We had to take him to the vet. The host lacked accountability, communication , and responsibility for his obvious lack of transparency. We left on the 3rd day paid for 4 days. The most shocking aspect was he does NOT live in Florida! He lives in CANADA! Never disclosed his location. Had we known about his living out of the country we NEVER would have stayed there! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!

what can i say these people complained about everything but there major complaint was for the fireworks going off in the neighbourhood on the fourth of July. The fireworks were upsetting their two year old dog. I have had over 200 renters all great reviews except for two. You cannot keep everyone happy it appears. Read into this what you wish the house is in immaculate shape. The pool is being resurfaced but unable to schedule in time for their visit. All they experienced was two broken tiles. These guests will not be back EVER and were such a pain in the ass. They even complained that some furniture was evil and was very upsetting to their two year old child. Turns out this was their dog. Enough said.

Perfect Location with a nice pool

Jeff's place is super nice and in the perfect location. The landscaping is amazing. Our family used the pool every day and we fished every morning off the causeway, which is only a 5-minute drive. We will be returning. Book now, before we do!

Was just what we were looking for

I can't say enough about Jeff and how smoothly everything went. Great communication and fantastic flexibility. my wife enjoyed our stay. A brief 4 day get away but Jeff made it heavenly. the property was clean and well equipped.
