Cozy Private Apartment Near Downtown Lynchburg
THIS BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL VACATION RENTAL FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS AND HAS HAD OVER 300 HAPPY GUESTS STAY.
The reason you cannot see those reviews is because It recently changed ownership and it had to be listed again.
1900's home near downtown Lynchburg. Upstairs apartment with private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. Updated bathroom, stocked with fresh linens. A memory foam queen bed in the bedroom, and a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Wifi, Netflix, and a blue ray player are available for you. About 8-10 minutes from LU, Randolph, and Lynchburg College. Two spaces are available behind the home for cars/SUV's, just one space for trucks. Front door entrance with key code lock.
Guest access:
You will use the front door entrance and the entire upstairs apartment is yours. | live downstairs, but have a separate entrance :)
A few things to note:
- This is located on a busier road. You will hear some traffic, but it's rarely busy at night.
-This is located very close to downtown, but you will still need a car to drive the distance.
- My driveway has a narrow entrance surrounded by cement walls. Swing the turn wide :)
- I do have a couple of Arlo security cameras outside of the property facing the doorways and parking area to make sure we are safe in the home and car
- Because this is an old home, | use window AC units in the summer and space heaters in the winter. They cool and heat great!
