Welcome to unit #344! Our very spacious 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept spacious living space, entails a full size kitchen featuring a refrigerator, range with an oven, dishwasher, and a microwave. With living room seating for 5, dining table, and a gas fireplace it is the perfect unit for entertaining. Don't forget to enjoy the french doors facing round lake as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Venetian Festival stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying at the Edgewater for over 16 years. Since the new management has taken over, there have been changes to the cancellation policy, such as 60 days out, which I believe is preventing some people from booking because of that. I will say the location is the best thing about the place right on round Lake is gorgeous and beautiful. But the cancellation policy needs to be adjusted. It’s very hard for people once they’re 60 days out to not be able to cancel. I understand a 10 day but 60 days is a little much. And I understand you can purchase insurance however you have to jump through so many hoops in order to use it. It’s really not conducive. For the amount of money they charge we could’ve went on vacation to Florida for about six days so the prices are inflated definitely during the Venetian festival and I understand they can get it but there’s a break point which I think that I have reached. Also, the only other thing I could suggest is we were staying in a two bedroom unit so obviously we had another couple besides ourselves and we only had one parking pass, which didn’t make any sense at all.

Fantastic Location and Property

This was a gorgeous condo! The location is absolutely perfect for the view and ease of access to downtown shopping and dinning. Very clean, cozy and quiet stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

The property was spacious, nicely decorated and close to everything downtown. The views were stunning and everything we needed in the kitchen was available to accommodate some wedding party guests for cocktails during our stay.

Marathon stay

Was so happy and impressed with the place - perfect location to downtown and close to the start of the marathon! Beautiful view of round lake and the draw bridge - clean and bright. Loved it and would definitely stay again in the future!!!

Great condo and location

Very comfortable location with great views. It's set up very well and very clean. Within walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Was a short drive to boyne, highlands and nubs knob for excellent skiing. Would definitely return in the future.

Ski trip

Our family stays at alot of places through VRBO, and this was one of thr cleanest,nicest furnished places we've stayed. The view was pretty and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the decor, and even had fans for us that need noise to sleep! Highly recommend!!

The weather was horrible, but we were perfectly happy snuggling up next to the fireplace and watching football. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars. It was fun to watch people sailing. The rooms were spacious and both bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t want to leave!

Perfectly located in the beautiful town of Charlevoix. Wonderful condo for family and friends. Beautiful views of downtown and right on the water. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend ❤️
